Nice hotel, great location
Pros:

Pros:

Nice breakfast on the rooftop, nice location in the city center.

Cons:

Can't recommend the room on the ground floor behind the reception. No windows, some mold on the walls and very moist air.
It's hard to fall asleep and rest in this room.

Der Aufenthalt war gut

Pros:

The location was very good, services were amazing and the staff are so attentive. Anything you needed, the staff were ready to help with. I would really recommend Trang Trang. The hotel is very clean and the amenities are so good. I had a nice breakfast aswell. If you’re coming to Vietnam, book with Trang Trang.

Super Lage, aber große Probleme mit Schimmel

Super Lage und super liebes Hotelpersonal, sie versuchten die Probleme schnell und zufriedenstellend zu lösen.

Cons:

Leider super viel Schimmel, alleine schon am Eingangsbereich ist ein extrem schimmeliger Geruch.. wir buchten ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Fenster, das Fenster war winzig.. die Zimmer Wände verschimmelt.. als wir das ansprachen sagten sie zuerst sie hätten kein anderes Zimmer, und wechselten die zimmerkategorie in eine schlechtere mit erneut extrem verschimmelten Wänden. Als wir den Schimmel erneut ansprachen gaben sie uns endlich ein schimmelfreies Zimmer. Sie entschuldigten sich mehrmals für die Unannehmlichkeiten .

Largement satisfaisant pour des jeunes de 24ans.
Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment très agréable. L’hôtel est bien situé et nous n’avons pas payé très cher.

Cons:

La douche à l’eau très chaude même du côté froid, la porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas entièrement à cause d’une erreur de placement, le balcon avait des fuites d’eau.

Prima Hotel
Pros:

Eigenlijk alle facetten van een hotel waren prima.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De receptionisten Emma, Nancy en Ciara zijn erg behulpzaam en vooral Emma heeft mij met veel dingen over de stad en wat er te koop is geholpen en is ook altijd in voor een praatje èn met een glimlach. Bovendien is wederom mijn Vietnamese vocabulair verder uitgebreid door haar. Ook de jongens rondom de receptie en van de nachtdienst, zoals Quan, Long en Bow zijn altijd aardig en spraakzaam.
Het ontbijt is geweldig, maak ik zelden mee zo'n goed gevuld buffet. Dit moet je zien om te geloven. Ik kan het weten, want ik kom per jaar gemiddeld in 70 hotels.
De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals koffie en thee, en de kamer is ruim. Nu had ik wel, door een upgrade, een suite met balkon voor mezelf. Superior en DeLuxe zullen kleiner zijn. Ook de douche is heerlijk. Schoonmaak gebeurt dagelijks.
De locatie kan bijna niet beter, het ligt midden in Old Quarter en ligt op 100 meter van de Lake. Pas op bij het oversteken van de straten; de auto's en motorbikes stoppen niet, ook niet bij zebrapaden, maar dat is bekend.:))
Het hotel heeft een skybar, waar ook op de ochtend het ontbijt is, met enig uitzicht op de Lake.

Excellent location, clean
Pros:

Fantastic location, right next to Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarter. Received an upgrade to a room with a balcony as no one was staying in it, this was great as our original room did not have a window to the outdoors.

Room was very clean and spacious, all the required amenities present.

Cons:

Please do not force guests to leave 10/10 review, your facilities are excellent and your reviews would naturally reflect this without forcing 10/10s!

Menzione speciale per Luke un host super accogliente e gentile. Per la seconda volta abbiamo alloggiato qui e ci siamo trovati benissimo, pulito e accogliente, ci hanno dato anche una stanza più grande. Consigliato!
