Pros:

Понравилось все - сотрудники ресепшн, официанты в ресторане. В номере есть все необходимое. Отель в удачном месте, вечером удобно гулять вокруг озера. Очень мило, что при выселении дарят приятный подарок и открытку. В- общем, хочется вернуться

We absolutely loved the hotel, you have to go there if you want an unforgettable trip.
Pros:

The staff is incredible, everyone was very kind. Breakfast is also really good. In Addition, they proposed really good services and not expensive at all. Last but not least, the hotel is ideally located.

Läget var det bästa med hotellet

Cons:

Frukosten var under all kritik. Deras service vad gälller bokning av dagstur till Halong- bukten var rent usel. Resan innehöll inte alls de moment som utlovades och varade 5timmar,inte 7timmar som var deras pitch. Välj ett annat hotell.
