Pros:

La propiedad está bien ubicada, tiene toda las facilidades y es bastante limpia, además el staff es muy amable y atento

Cons:

El aire acondicionado aveces se siente como que no enfría lo suficiente, pero es entendible por el calor

קירות במקלחת מקולפים
ממש לא שווה את הכסף
והשירות עוד יותר גרוע!!! הם הביאו לנו מפתח כמעט שבור
ואז שהוא נשבר במנעול הם רצו כסף על תיקון!!!

Vale la pena por el costo 100%
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y las camas muy cómodas. En general vale la pena el lugar por el precio, no es el mas top pero esta muy bien. La cafetería le da un plus puesto que tienes donde comprar café muy cerca.

Cons:

La regadera tenia una fuga lo que hizo que se mojara el baño completo, de ahí en mas todo bien. Para que no pasara eso teníamos que poner la regadera en baja potencia lo que hacia un poco incomodo el bañarse.

Great location, great people, nice to stay in San Pancho for cheap
Pros:

Great staff and guests, loved the cafe downstairs

Cons:

Understandable for the price but dorm room was not so comfortable with no windows, and one shower in the public space did not allow for much privacy

Muy buen lugar económico para hospedarse en San Pancho.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, calidad-precio insuperable, excelentes recomendaciones por parte de los dueños y estancia muy amena en general.

A good spot for a short time
Pros:

I don’t think you can find a closer private room location to the beach for the price. The air conditioning was brand new. The bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet.

Cons:

Needs to have curtains in the window. Very odd reception hours and check-in method. Not a very social place to stay.

An ok place for 1 or 2 nights for solo travellers on a budget
Pros:

This venue has overall 2 positive things: 1) the coffee bar attached to it is its best feature. If you care about the quality of your coffee, this is a good one. 2) there is a cooker and fridge in a shared area so it's useful for us solo travellers on a budget to prepare your meals there. It was also the cheapest place I found in the entire town of San Pancho for a single room (meaning not shared with others) but that's because San Pancho is an expensive place in general.

Cons:

The venue has rooms set up in 3 different areas and their level of comfort differs. The specific area where my room was located features a few rooms one next to the other separated by a wall that doesn't block sound at all so if you care for privacy you will have none or if you are a light sleeper there is a high risk you will be woken up any time in the night when your room neighbours returns later than you. I stayed there 5 days and only 1 night I was woken up by the neighbours who returned at 3.30am and chatted amongst 3 people/ even started music until i got up to tell them right away that they had woken me up (and I was wearing ear plugs). So I recommend this place for 1 or 2 nights only if you are a light sleeper or longer if you are a heavy sleeper.

Mouldy, musky and miserable. Save up and stay somewhere else

There was air conditioning

Cons:

The whole room was damp, smelled musky and was covered in mould (pics attached). It was growing so badly out of the ceiling we deemed it unsafe to stay in and left after 1 night. They initially agreed to refund us for the unused nights and then when i tried to process it through Booking they refused and have since stopped replying to my messages. The room was also much smaller than advertised and didn't even have bedside tables. There was construction going on next door and loud drilling all through the day, as well as the workers shouting at each other in the entrance.
