Pros:

Big room. Coffee in the foyer.

Cons:

There are two Carta Hotels in Kyoto - check which is yours before you set off.

Pros:

フロントの対応がとても親切だった。水回りもとても清潔で好印象。徒歩数分でスーパーがあり、滞在中に必要になった物をすぐに調達できた。

Cons:

ホテル名のサイン表示が上品すぎて、見逃してしまった(笑)

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons été très bien reçu avec un personnel adorable et serviable. Et la chambre était simple, confortable et efficace.
Prêt de yukata très appréciable et apprécié !

Cons:

Très léger bémol sur l'humidité dans la chambre, mais le personnel avait mis à disposition un deshumidificateur ce qui était très appréciable.

A very enjoyable stay with everything I needed
Pros:

The location is very convenient. It's close to two different subway lines (about a 5-minute walk), bus stops, and another local station with both subway and train connections is about 1 km away. There are also large shopping streets within a 10-minute walk, and several attractions, such as a large park and Nijo Castle, can be reached on foot in about 10–20 minutes.

The hotel itself was very quiet, and all the common areas were clean and well maintained. Communication was also excellent. Although I arrived after the reception had closed (I had informed them in advance that I would arrive late in the evening), another staff member was there to welcome me, gave me all the necessary information, and handed me the room keys right away.

The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly throughout my stay.
I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kyoto in the future
