Pros:

“I really liked that my room was clean, and I enjoyed the lobby. I also liked the reception and the staff’s attitude. The staff were all very nice. However, in terms of location, it was quite far from the city, and it wasn’t very close to the airport either. So, you didn’t really have the option to stay in the city and spend the night there, nor was it close enough to the airport to save on transportation costs

«As I mentioned, your location was not really that attractive. And there were two issues I faced there. One is that your food was extremely expensive and the quality was not sufficient. The meal I had that day was very salty, and I didn’t like it, but it was very expensive. Also, in the morning when I went for breakfast, since it was included, I expected that everything I ate there was already paid for. However, for the coffee I ordered—a latte—without them explaining to me that if I wanted a double shot, I would be charged an extra fee, they took a very large amount—200 lira—from me. And I didn’t understand at all why I had to pay such a high amount for the coffee, and the biggest problem is that they didn’t explain it. They only came after me when I was leaving the restaurant, asking me to pay For it

Very poor and bad. It was my 4th stay there.

Location only

Cons:

1- very poor trained staff. Always reacting with the negative response. They didn’t know or try to solve the matters. Just FAIK was very kind and helpful. And GAMZE (lady) was very negative.
2- cleaning was very simple not at the Hilton level.
3- poor breakfast.
4- no facilities for babies.
