لم يتم تجهيز الغرفة من ناحية النظافة ولا بالادوات الشخصية كاملة الا اذا تم طلبها
حمام غير نظيف و يعاني من الانسداد المستمر
الغرف غير عازلة للاصوات الداخليه و الخارجية
اصوات مزعجة من الطاقم فترات الصباح اثناء تنظيف الغرف المجاورة
باختصار من اسوأ الفنادق الي اقمت فيها و تكاد ان تكون الاسوأ على الاطلاق
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are very clean, and everything is well organized. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel completely at home.
The location is also perfect, making it very easy to reach and explore different parts of Amman. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Hotel moderno, ubicado en el centro de Amman. Cumple para pasar algunas noches, también se puede pedir servicio a la habitación y esta bastante bien la comida.
El desayuno cerraba muy temprano por el Ramadan, igual hicieron una excepción y nos dejaron comer algunas cosas a pesar del horario. La pileta no la pudimos usar, porque había un evento o un casamiento.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was fresh every morning. The location was excellent and convenient, close to restaurants, transportation, and main attractions.
The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes slow, especially during the evening. Also, the room insulation could have been better, as noise from the hallway could occasionally be heard.
