Pros:

La piscina y que había dos personas que hablaban mi idioma e hicieron todo lo posible por ayudarme.

Cons:

El internet no funcionaba para un mínimo de trabajo o llamada.
Tuvieron que cambiarme de habitación porque en la que estaba, no se abría. Problema electrónico con la llave.
El servicio de limpieza dejó comida en mal estado y la habitación se quedó oliendo fatal.
Me cobraron lavandería y planchado, cuando yo sólo solicité lavado...

Pros:

The room was clean. Morning staff helpful especially Malak.

Cons:

Night staff argumentative. White towels look greyish and dull. Must use bright white to keep towels white!

Room light is very strong. No option to turn off by the bed, must get up and go to the main lifht switch.

No one is attending the second level cafe. A small water bottle is extremely expensive, 12 eg, it is almost thievery. The restaurant entrance glass door is not clean and has oiled finger prints all over it. Restaurant table surface is not clean. Morning egg chef coock does not wear gloves, uses bare fingers.

Will not stay there again. Have no operating standards and use peasant soldiers for service personnel to dave money instead of professionals.

موقع صعب الوصول اليه طلب اكثر من اوبر لم يستطيعوا الوصول لا توجد اسهم منذالبوابة الرئيسية لدخول الفندق الى الوصول اليه مدخل ومحرد الفندق صعب جدا فقطالملفت للنظر الامكان وال PARK

استقبال سيىء من الموظفين ولا ترحيب ولا اي ابتسامة . ولا يوجد مدخل خاص لذي وي الاحتياجات او كبار السن ..وكل شىء له رسوم العاب الاطفال السباحة المنضاد ال جيم الخ يفترض الاشعار منذ الدخول لكن وجدت التعامل بفوقية من قبل السيدات في الاستقبال وبعض الرجال

“Safe, clean, and welcoming”
We chose Grand Plaza Hotel because we wanted somewhere safe for our family, and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well looked after. The staff were polite and always smiling, which made our children feel comfortable straight away. Definitely a place we would recommend to other families.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the towels and bed linens — they seemed very old and maybe used too much. It didn’t affect our overall experience, but I think updating them would make the rooms feel much fresher and match the rest of the hotel’s quality.

Pros:

A discovery on the way to the airport - a facility with pools, soccer and tennis fields, horse stables, and all kinds of treasures hidden under an ordinary hotel. Unbelievable. Super friendly staff.

Pros:

Staff reasonably friendly

Cons:

Wifi very poor. Location is in a no-mans land beside the highway, taxi drivers don't know where it is, nothing around it. Sparse and not many guests. Not very comfortable. Limited offering from restaurant and not very appetising. Much better hotels in Cairo, wouldn't recommend
