Pros:

It had everything, good staff, good location well for me at least. 1.5km away to Hakata station, to the airport and also to Lalaport! They even provide shuttle to Hakata station. Clean room as well.

Cons:

I’ve stayed in a bigger room in Japan. I think that’s just about it. The room is big enough its just the toilet with the tub is quite small. Other than that its perfect

Perfect stay and extremely helpfull staff
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. No noise from neighbouring rooms or from outside. The staff was especially nice. I became sick during my and they helped me and my partner perfectly, I can’t thank them enough!

Genial para alojarse de paso entre localidades
Pros:

Nos alcanzaron a Hakata station desde el hotel y sin coste. Un servicio ideal porque además estaba lloviendo. La habitación amplia y decente.

Cons:

El desayuno estuvo algo pobre aunque el servicio del personal excelente. Las almohadas incómodas :/

清潔、快適、コスパ良し
Pros:

運転手さんがとても親切。フロントスタッフも電話で丁寧に対応してくださいました。掃除が行き届いて気持ち良く過ごしました。シャワールームのドア縁まで埃や水垢もないのは地味ですが、本当に意識が高い丁寧な仕事だと感じました。ロビーのコーヒーマシンで美味しいカフェラテを朝晩に頂きました。

Cons:

中心部からは車で10分ぐらい。博多駅までは予約して無料送迎して頂き助かりました。帰りはタクシーで1500円ぐらい。この点を含めても、メリットの方が高いと判断。
