El personal increíble de 10 amables atentos....
Que siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas nos tuvieron sin agua caliente toda la estancia a mi hijo y a mí sin ninguna solución ni aviso
Rigtig dejligt hotel tæt på lufthavnen. Hotellet var som et lille roligt resort med en lækker stor pool og en dejlig have. Jeg havde et stort rigtig dejligt og roligt værelse. Personalet var super flinke og hjælpsomme. Og perfekt service med den gratis shuttle bus til lufthavnen dagen efter. Muchas gracias por todo.
Muy antiguo todo y con falta de mantenimiento
No tienen aire acondicionado. Es una climatización. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche. Dos niños y dos adultos
The beds were comfortable and spacious
The staff (employees) of the hotel were highly incoherent, their English was too broken and unclear to understand what they were saying at all and they also couldn't understand anything that we asked or even ordered during anytime of our stay, there was also a mistake with the reservation and at the last minute on our third day they decided that they had to make us move rooms, and it took hours to talk with the manager till the problem was resolved as he could not properly explain in English why we had to move all of a sudden, and afterwards we paid extra to continue using the same room..... During 8:00 in the morning there was no place to get coffee anywhere, and there was no coffee machine anywhere either so we had to go elsewhere for coffee. Also every early morning construction work was being done next to our hotel rooms which was obnoxiously loud and that's not suitable during a summer season to have that much construction work especially that close to each room, and as a whole the entire customer service was terrible....

Habitación muy grande, camas muy cómodas. El personal muy amable.
La habitación no estaba limpia, había papeles, pinta labios y suciedad de anteriores huéspedes. En el baño varias luces no funcionaban, la mampara no cerraba y se salía el agua de la ducha, no habían recargado el gel de baño. El fiambre de desayuno no olía bien y estaba “pegajoso”, así como el tomate. El agua de la piscina estaba turbia y el fondo sucio, no invitaba a darse un baño.
