La piscina nos salvo de la tarde de calor madrileña, la atención del personal es excelente, estaba todo muy limpio, el baño es amplio, la habitación es espaciosa, la ubicación respecto al aeropuerto es buenísima, el bus que recoge y lleva al aeropuerto es muy cómodo, su conductor es excelente

Nos avisaron de que fuéramos a esperar el bus con demasiada antelación en plena ola de calor con un bebé, teniendo móvil podrían habernos avisado para salir mas tarde, cuando llegamos a la habitación aún no habia sido limpiada del huésped anterior, el desayuno lo pedimos para llevar y resultó ser un poco cutre, sándwich jamón y queso, bollería de súper y una manzana, son puntos mejorables pero a tener en cuenta

Won't be in a rush to return.
Pros:

Loved its location and proximity to the train station; it was also close to the Formula 1 track (purpose of my trip), as aswell as shopping facilities like supermarkets and food outlets, and close to the airport, which reduced travel time and costs.

Food from the on-site restaurant was nice, had suitable portion sizes, and was priced extremely fairly.

The price for the room for the stay was relatively competitive as well.

Cons:

Ants were found in my room. After placing some discarded food scraps in the bin, I woke up to the pitter-patter of ants on a brown paper bag in the bin. Additionally, the keycard used to get into the room was disabled 7 times during my stay. Staff told me it was due to it being close to my phone; however, one of the times (after going and getting it reassigned, and I didn't even have my phone on me at any point between having to get the staff to reassign it(with a new card) and trying to open the door) it still somehow was the phone's signal's fault. Gaslit me every single time, saying it was a 'me' issue, rather than coming and having a look at the scanner like i suggested. I was staying in room 1206, which is in the far back corner, on the 2nd level and at the end of the corridor (furthest you could get away from reception). I wasn't doing it for fun, and was quite frustrated after the 2nd time it had happened.

Pros:

El Hotel es correcto. Nosotros lo reservamos ya que teníamos entradas para la F1 y su ubicación nos permitia llegar al circuito a pie, en un agradable paseo de 25 minutos, sin necesidad de UBER, taxi, bus etc.
el Hotel tiene un servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto GRATUITO, nosotros lamentablemente solo pudimos utilizarlo una vez porque nuestro vuelo de regreso salia demasiado pronto y ellos empiezan a operar a las 7:30 de la mañana.
El desayuno es correcto.
La habitación es amplia.
Cerca del hotel hay pocos lugares para cenar, pero con un pequeño paseo (20 minutos) llegas al centro de Canillejas y allí tienes una oferta muy amplia.

Cons:

Hotel antiguo, viejo y según que zonas descuidadas. La piscina necesita urgentemente una revisión.
A parte de un mayor mantenimiento se tendrían que esmerar un poco más en la limpieza en general del hotel.
A parte de esto, si lo que buscas es un hotel cerca del aeropuerto (15 minutos en coche a la T4) o cerca de IFEMA (25 minutos a pie) es correcto.

Perfect voor F1 bezoek en gelegen in een rustige buurt
Pros:

Heerlijk rustig, fijne locatie. Alles wordt goed schoon gehouden en allemaal prettig personeel. Metro naar centrum op loopafstand, daarna heerlijk afkoelen in het fijne zwembad.

Cons:

Als je kritisch kijkt kan het geheel wel een onderhoudsbeurt gebruiken (likje verf, kit randjes, enz)

Het was schoon , ontbijt was goed en in kwam voor de formule 1, en dat was heel goed aan te lopen, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:
