Séjour très agréable !
Pros:

Super joliment décoré et coloré ! Le personnel était aux petits soins, toujours à l'écoute, serviable, aimable et souriant ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, que nous avons d'ailleurs prolongé de quelques nuits. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement !

Prachtige en schone kamer, heerlijk bed, goede airco. Lekker zwembad om in af te koelen. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Fijne algemene ruimte waar je lekker kan zitten. Lieve hond.

Would highly recommend!!!
Pros:

The staff here go above and beyond for you, they helped us with hospital visits, renting bikes, tours and transport so easily. They create a very friendly and home like environment. The rooms are perfect for price, very clean and a perfect location to enter the street where most restaurants/shops are, we think it’s a great value for the price. Stayed at a more expensive hotel after our stay here and would pick big waves out of the two to stay at again!! Would highly recommend

Cons:

We had a minor issue with the shower being cold with no pressure compared to our friends shower in another room, but we informed staff and it was fixed straight away so thankyou !

Die super Freundlichkeit, stete Hilfsbereitschaft, Ansprechbarkeit rund um die Uhr.

Absolutely amazing!
Pros:

Thank you to Ms. KC Malanog (Hotel Manager) for her warmth, kindness, and hospitality all throughout my stay. The hotel is an epitome of exemplary service!

I recommend this hotel to everyone who's visiting Siargao. It's located in the heart of General Luna where everything is accessible, the beach, the bank, the bars and restaurants etc.

I can't wait to return to Big Waves soon!

Cute convenient hotel near Lokal Lab (The hub), which we loved.
Pros:

Very cute place with a pool that was great for a cool down after a day out. The hotel is in walking distance to the places we like to eat and shop at. Staff were super helpful and kind.

Cons:

Hotel acoustics are not great and the bathroom door is secured with a latch, thus not much sound privacy. It was unfortunate our room was beside the pool and the other guests at the hotel were ones who partied till the early morning, return to hotel and then go for a swim.
