Pros:

The rooftop bar

Cons:

Trying to find the parking area was a nightmare. The person at the desk was of no help. The free breakfast was basically toast. There was no coffee in the room. I had to go to another floor to use a Keurig where there was no water for it. No hot water for showers. When I complained I was told sorry to hear that. If we wanted to wait another two hours, the manager would be in to talk to. I was starving and not waiting.

Pros:

Lovely little boutique hotel. Well appointed. Right in town.

Cons:

Said they give complimentary breakfast but they charge you an Amenities fee That you cannot decline that was very high so not free at all.

Hervorragendes Hotel mit viel Charme!
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames, junges und freundliches Personal, das einen wirklich willkommen heißt. Das Haus überzeugt mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einer tollen Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist top und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Absolute Empfehlung!

The Horton is a very cozy and friendly hotel with a great bar selection and very comfortable rooms
Pros:

Everything was just as expected. Very helpful and kind staff. The girl that served us breakfast was a delight and the complimentary breakfast was perfect.

After the upgrade to room 7…we were comfortable and slept well. So thank you for making our stay a good experience.

Very efficient and courteous staff to room 7 no charge after our complaint about room 2 which was in the basement and seemed very creepy and musty. I have asthma and allergies and am very allergic to mold so the room just felt damp, dank and musty.

Cons:

Room 2. See above comments. We didn’t expect to be put in a basement room. If we had known that we would not have stayed there.
