Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit Policy

The hotel requires a security deposit of INR 1,500 per night to cover any incidental expenses during the guest's stay.

For guests paying by credit or debit card, the hotel will obtain a pre-authorisation for the applicable amount at the time of check-in.
For guests paying by cash , a refundable security deposit of INR 1,500 per night will be collected at check-in.

Any unused cash o deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, subject to verification of incidental charges.

Any unused pre-authorised amount will be released upon check-out; however, the time taken for the funds to reflect in the guest's account will depend on the issuing bank's policies and processing timelines.

If a security deposit is not provided, all incidental charges must be settled directly at the point of sale and cannot be charged to the guest room account.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good place for the budget in Andheri East but a few small tweaks can make it exceptional.
Pros:

The rooms were very well maintained and absolutely clean. The staff was very helpful and the location is great.

Cons:

The air conditioning could be better and the room I was staying in had huge gaps between the curtains and the wall so it was too bright by 6 in the morning.

Pros:

special mention to mr ashley and the housekeeping staff at the 4th floor .

Was ok but world try another alternative next time
Pros:

Straff was ok. Rooms size was good.

Cons:

Service at breakfast was not good, not really interested to help.
The glass of the window was fixed with tape and therefore not fully closed. Therefore you heard different kind of traffic the whole night.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a well connected area but also a quiet area. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean.

Pros:

Staff was very helpfull and polite from reception till room services.
Breakfast was good , not very good and could be improved upon

Cons:

Nothing as such to dislike with this location and price. Take upper floors lower floor too much of noise till late night

Hotel not worth for the money. They won’t allow guests. Worst hotel. Please avoid. We will get a far better hotel for the money we paying for this hotel. Worst management

Prima hotel.
Pros:

Eten in het restaurant is uitstekend. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging is prima.

Cons:

De douche. Het gordijn was te kort waardoor de gehele douche/toilet vloer nat was na het douchen.
