Pros:

以前も利用したことがあり、ホテルサービスを気に入っていてリピートしました。建物から想像するに、まあまあ歴史あるホテルのように思います。ロビーは大変きれいな作りで、外国人の方もたくさんいらっしゃいます。最初にチェックインしたお部屋で突然部屋の電気が切れて点灯しなくなりました。フロントにすぐに対応してもらって、キーを差し込むところの接触不良だったようですが、その夜、不安なことをお伝えすると上層階のお部屋に移動してチェックインしていただきました。迅速な対応に感謝します。朝食は、１Fのバフェですが、いつもどおり素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

特にないと思いました。贅沢を言えばきりがないですが、東京でこの値段で、このサービスはおすすめです。

Прекрасное обслуживание, просторные номера. Также понравился ресторан японской кухни на 5-м этаже отеля со своим внутренним садом и водоемом.

I like everything from check-in, to facility, to staff are very welcoming, the breakfast, the daily cleaning and cleanliness, the location which the subway is directly underneath the hotel, and airport limousine is right outside the hotel. I am glad I picked this hotel. If I visit Tokyo again, ill definitely book through Royal Park Hotel. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

Pros:

Our stay at Royal Park Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect—very convenient for exploring Tokyo.

The service was truly exceptional. During our trip, we accidentally lost our bank cards, ID cards, and AirPods. From the very first moment we contacted the hotel, the staff responded with incredible kindness and professionalism. They immediately searched for our belongings, found everything, and kept in constant contact with us via messages and email.

Since we had already traveled to Kyoto, the hotel carefully stored all of our items for several days until we returned to Tokyo. When we arrived, everything had been prepared for us, and all of our cards, IDs, and AirPods were safely returned.

We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their honesty, care, patience, and outstanding customer service. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience.

We highly recommend Royal Park Hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Japan. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful
Pros:

Everything was great! You can tell the hotel is old but very well maintained, with adequate facilities. The room was spacious and clean, part of the room have been updated for better experience (probably include the washroom, air conditioning and dehumidifier because they looked modern and worked great). The cleaning staffs were really nice and they come in everyday for cleaning. Breakfast was basic but tasty and enough.

Cons:

Still need updates regarding modern outlets because there’s only one outlet on one side of the bed making charging electronics a bit difficult.

Pros:

地點很棒，飯店與地鐵連通(半藏門4號出口直接抵達)，也與T-CAT連通(2F空橋)，地鐵不需換車可直達澀谷及晴空塔(押上)。附近有多家超商，步行可至人形町，非常方便。

Cons:

垃圾桶太小，如有買超商食品回房間吃，垃圾桶很快就滿了，且沒有塑膠袋，無法集中垃圾，只能堆在垃圾桶旁等房務人員整理。

Excellent hotel with very warm hospitality.
Pros:

The hotel itself if beautiful and in an excellent location above the underground station, which we found very convenient. There was a wonderful selection for breakfast each morning and the staff were so kind and attentive. We would definitely stay again or recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tokyo.

Cons:

The room was a good size, which we were pleased about, but the decor could do with some modernising, but this would not stop us from returning to the hotel.
