El aseo general de la habitación, estado del hotel en cuanto a mantenimiento y que el jacuzzi social no se le cambio el agua al día siguiente luego de que lloviera toda la noche y hubiese amanecido frio y sucio con espuma todavía del día anterior, aún después de haberlo solicitado.
