I didn’t learn until getting to my room and reading a letter left on the bed that the electricity would be off for hours during my stay. Nobody could mention this during check in? My purpose was to sleep during my daytime layover. I paid for a full night for this. I only stayed a few hours before the heat became so unbearable I had to leave. The hotel said there was nothing they could do - the city had turned off the power. Why would you charge someone for a room to rest in when you knew you couldn’t deliver? No A/C, no WiFi, no lights, no charging of devices… and no sleep. Why not mention this at check in?

Je J’ai réservé une chambre avec petit-déjeuner inclus sur le site. Cependant, le matin, lorsque je suis allé prendre le petit-déjeuner, on m’a informé qu’il n’était pas compris dans le prix de la chambre. Je trouve cette situation incorrecte, car lors de ma réservation, il était indiqué que le petit-déjeuner était inclus.

Прекрасный отель, чтобы отдохнуть между перелетами. Находится в 10 минут от аэропорта. Предоставляется бесплатный трансфер в обе стороны. На территории есть неплохой ресторан и бассейн с теплой водой. Еще есть спа - но мы туда не ходили. Все понравилось. Единственная претензия - это клубки пыли в углах и волосы на полу в ванной комнате. Было не очень приятно ходить босиком, но в номере были тапочки. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые. Кровати удобные.
