كانت إقامتنا في فندق سكاي كازا المطار من أجمل التجارب التي مررنا بها وما ميزها أكثر هو حسن الاستقبال والابتسامة الصادقة والود الذي لمسناه من جميع العاملين دون استثناء فكل شخص قابلناه كان مثالا للأخلاق والاحترافية ونخص بالشكر الأستاذ هشام والأخت وصال والأستاذ أيوب والأستاذ زهير على اهتمامهم الدائم وحرصهم على راحة النزلاء وسرعة استجابتهم لكل طلب كما أن النظافة كانت على أعلى مستوى في جميع مرافق الفندق والخدمة راقية ومنظمة وتعكس اهتمام الإدارة بأدق التفاصيل شكرا لكل فريق العمل على هذه الضيافة الراقية ونتطلع بكل سرور إلى العودة والإقامة لديكم مرة أخرى

Excellent séjour ! L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée. Le service est impeccable et la navette vers l’aéroport est un vrai plus, très pratique et bien organisée.

Le room service est également excellent : nous avons pu commander notre dîner même à minuit. Que demander de plus ?

La piscine est très propre, agréable et parfaitement entretenue. La présence d’un maître-nageur est rassurante, et le bar au bord de la piscine est un vrai plus pour se détendre.

Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Zouhair, le bagagiste, pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son sourire.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Vriendelijk personeel ,goede kamer ,schoonmaak uitstekend, leuk restaurant met enthousiaste mensen, ondanks dat het een airport hotel is hangt er een goede sfeer
Natuurlijk is het geen 5 sterren hotel, maar de standaard is hier wel gewoon heel goed!

Hotel is good because of a good professional staff. Very nice staff in reception I forgot the name of that girl.
Also restaurant staff and chef Tariq also doing great job they have nice food.

Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Particolare nota potisitiva per l’addetto alla reception signor Ayoub, molto gentile e nello stesso tempo professionale. Struttura pulita e confortevole. Colazione molto buona. La piscina e la posizione comoda per l’aeroporto (collegata ogni mezz’ora con navetta gratuita) sono un valore aggiunto.

La proximité de la zone franche et le personnel toujours courtois et avenant

I was very happy with my experience at Sky Casa Airport Hotel. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very efficient for guests who are travelling through Casablanca airport.

I also want to say something more personal. I believe that hospitality — the true art of hotellerie — is something that a people either has or does not have. In the case of Morocco, I sincerely believe it is a country blessed with a natural sense of welcome, kindness, and benevolence toward others. This is something that stays with you when you visit Morocco. You feel it in the people you meet in the street, in the people who work in hotels, and in the way guests are treated. It goes beyond simple work or professional service.

For this reason, I would like to thank you and your team. I felt very well during my stay, and I will try to leave a positive review on Booking as soon as possible, because I think your hotel deserves it.

Since you kindly asked for feedback, I would like to mention two small points that, in my opinion, could make the guest experience even better.

The first point concerns the restaurant. I ate very well at your hotel, and the Moroccan chicken tagine was excellent. The service was also absolutely excellent. However, because the hotel works mainly with international travellers and airport guests, I think it would be very useful to have a clear late-night or emergency menu available when the main kitchen is closed.

For example, you could offer a simpler menu in the evening or during late hours, with easier and faster options such as Caesar salad, sandwiches, light dishes, or other items that can be served even when the full kitchen is not operating. This would avoid situations where a guest receives the normal menu but then discovers that many or most dishes are not available because the kitchen is closed.
