La cama era colchón duro, y es muy feo 0ara llegar por la entrada de recepción y estacionamiento en carro.

Camas un poco duras
El hotel tiene una vista preciosa de la ciudad de Guanajuato, muy cerca del monumento y mirador del Pípila. Habitación y baño muy amplio.
El acceso al estacionamiento es complicado, los callejones para llegar son muy angostos, no lo recomiendo si no tienes práctica manejando en calles empinadas y empedradas. Tuvimos que reportar el agua caliente, pero una vez reestablecida no volvió a fallar.

La habitación no es como la imagen de la primera foto, cuando era la que buscaba, ni siquiera te ofrecen la variedad de habitaciones, había insectos muertos en la cama, en la noche se filtró agua de la lluvia, el seguro de la ventana no cerraba, por lo que se podía abrir desde el exterior. Sólo había un buró del lado derecho de la cama, no del izquierdo.
LA VISTA ESTA HERMOSA, DESDE MI CAMA LOS VENTANALES BELLISIMO, PODER VER PRACTICAMENTE TODA LA CIUDAD DESDE MI TERRAZA FUE LO MEJOR , LA VISTA TANTO DE DIA COMO DE NOCHE ES ESPECTACULAR, DESDE EL BAÑO HASTA EL ESPECACIO DE LA HABITACION ESTAN PERFECTOS PARA LO QUE ESPERABA
EL AGUA CALIENTE SE TARDA MUCHO PROVOCA DESPERDICIO, LA PUERTA DE LA TERRZA SE TRABABA NADA GRAVE, EL PERSONAL LE FALTA INFORMACIONDE LOS LUGARES DIPONIBLES ALREDEDOR PARA PODER COMER, EL RESTAURANT ME LO OFRECIERON EN EL CENTRO Y PUES YO NO QUERIA SALIR TEMPRANO A DESAYUNAR

Las fotos no coinciden con lo que es en realidad, son instalaciones viejas, las habitaciones no tienen mantenimiento, huelen a motel de paso, las protecciones de las ventanas están muy sueltan que el viento las hace sonar mucho, los colchones hundidos, ventanales sucios y la habitación que nos dieron parecía solo tendieron camas, estaba empolvado
