位在JR山手線大塚站附近的小公寓，走路大概七分鐘會到。到的時候先閱讀入住須知並在一樓信箱領取鑰匙。公司沒有電梯，但是樓層也不高，所以搬行李是沒問題的。環境舒適、感覺，裝潢也新。設備俱全，小廚房、洗衣機

Price / Performance
Pros:

It was close to Ikebukuro. They change the towels by placing clean ones in front of the door for you to use. There were different adapter cables to charge your phone, which was nice.

Cons:

The photos show the room as bigger than it actually is. My room didn't have a view since the window glass was frosted. The VOD server for the TV wasn't working. The Wifi information on the desk was incorrect and needs to be updated, so I couldn't use it.
