It was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to the station. Quiet and pleasant in the evening.
Breakfast is simple but good. Their bread is probably the best I've had in a hotel in Japan.

Cons:

The place for breakfast is a bit small and gets crowded in the morning.

立地、料金、サービスのすべてが完璧です。
Pros:

住宿地點很棒，位於大塚站附近，走路不用很遠。早餐的部分選項偏少一點，但也是很好吃，或者未來可以考慮額外付費升級早餐的選項。總之一切都很棒。

立地が素晴らしく、大塚駅の近くにあって歩いてすぐの距離でした。朝食の品数はやや少なめでしたが、とても美味しかったです。将来的には、追加料金でアップグレードできる朝食の選択肢があると良いかもしれません。総じてすべてが素晴らしかったです。
