離近鐵東寺站非常近，斜對面就是Aeon 超市，近鐵站附近與酒店同街天橋旁還有一家印度餐廳，好吃又便宜，住五晚每天都去吃。

Pros:

駅から近く便利。窓から景色を望めるようなお部屋ではありませんでしたが遅くにチェックインして翌朝から活動するには充分でした。
フロントスタッフの方々がとても感じが良く、子ども連れで伺いましたがシティホテルとは思えない程暖かい接客を
受けたました。朝食も他の同じグループのホテルに比べ充実しているように感じました。
朝食提供時間終了のアナウンスがあった後、追い出すように片付け始めるホテルも多い中、パンのおかわりを勧めてまわる等々従業員の皆様の心配りに感服いたしました。本当に居心地よく滞在させていただき感謝しております。
今回は近くの別のホテルが埋まってしまったためこちらを利用させていただきましたが大当たりでした！
素敵なホテルだと思います(⁠^⁠^⁠)

他の方のコメントにもあるように室内清掃がもう少しかなぁと思います。机まわりの埃やお風呂場の排水口の黒ずみがやや気になりました。

疲れを癒していただきました。
Pros:

フロントの女性スタッフがとても丁寧だった。
また、朝食の女性スタッフがとても気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくださり、癒されました。
・チェックアウトの手間が省ける
・枕がいろんな種類から選べる
・朝食がついている
・ルームキーを持つ手間がない
・駅からわかりやすくとても近い

Pros:

每天供應的早餐雖然數量一致但是會盡量更換不同的菜色，下午也有happy hour自助調酒吧很讚！
如果要打掃房間需要早上10點前就放好磁鐵出門，不然就只會提供新的毛巾在門口
位子很方便離山手線大塚站走路約8分鐘，搭去池袋、新宿逛街很快～

Cons:

上下舖很容易撞到頭，如果是兩件雙開行李箱可能會沒辦法攤開

Buena ubicación, pero desayuno mejorable
Pros:

Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y muy cerca de la estación de Otsuka, lo que permite llegar fácilmente a cualquier punto de Tokio. Además, se puede elegir entre distintos tipos de almohadas y la habitación se limpia diariamente.

Cons:

El desayuno no nos gustó demasiado. Está orientado principalmente a gustos asiáticos y ofrece pocas opciones occidentales. Además, si te alojas varios días, puede resultar algo repetitivo.
La habitación también era bastante pequeña, aunque entendemos que es algo habitual en Tokio.
