Everything. The place is extremely unhygienic. They fool you by displaying an incorrect image and once you're there, they ask for an additional amount to change rooms. The assigned room had a lizard, footprints on the wall, unwashed bedding.

Pros:

For the good part, this Guesthouse I very like the location and the view of river and royal palace. It's near by the river and when we walk out it's good for take exercise.

Cons:

I really don't like the room, the room is different in my booking, blanket is so dirty, the Air grow the water down. The door of bathroom is not work when we take a shower we get the trashcan to lock it. The TV isn't work and also the whole room is not clean . The balcony som place dirty have poop.

I have been in this hotel many times before, so I was familiar with the positive and negative things
Pros:

Location is perfect, close to Minimarts, Royal Palace and the river. Room cleaning is good and they did not wake me up in the morning. They came to clean the room, not before than 12.00. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

TV is not working in rooms (cable problem), internet connection is too weak and fan in toilet was not working. It seems to me that the owner of the hotel is not making any repairs (a year ago TV was not working, internet connection was too weak and fan in toilet was not working, nothing has been repaired).

View from the balcony.

Cons:

Very strange atmosphere overall. The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, and there were some dodgy characters hanging around who made me uncomfortable. The lock on my room door was almost broken, which felt very unsafe and like an easy opportunity for theft. On top of that, the bathroom had a really unpleasant, disgusting smell. Would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Location near river, royal palace. Smile grocery shop and good restaurant nearby.

Cons:

Climbing the stairs to reach any of the 3 story accomodation.
