During the online booking, the total price shown was around RM70 including charges. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to pay around RM80 because of additional charges that were not clearly mentioned during the online booking process.

I feel this is misleading because the final amount should be transparent before payment confirmation. Please explain these extra charges and improve the price transparency for future customers.
