No me gustó que la mucama entro sin que lo pidamos , ella nos vio salir y enseguida entro a la habitación y justo volví y le dije q no habíamos pedido q limpien

Das Fitnesstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet
Die Zimmer stinken leider sehr wegen der Luftfeuchtigkeit.
Außerdem ist die Anlage eher alt, die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und die Lage wirklich nicht schön. Es stinkt überall nach Abgasen und die Umgebung ist furchtbar. Auch sonst ist das Hotel kein 5 Sterne Niveau.

Hotel comodo per una notte di passaggio. Ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi o con i mezzi, anche per la città vecchia. Letti comodi. Ottima colazione, personale gentile. Ambienti davvero troppo freddi, da gelarsi, ma in tutti gli hotel è la stessa storia!
Bagno un pò piccolo ed essenziale, per essere un 5 stelle. Mancava un kit cortesia. Stanze gelide, abbiamo dovuto chiedere in reception di spegnere l'aria, non era possibile regolarla dall'interno

El personal muy amable, atento y dispuesto siempre ayudar, realmente es lo mejor que tiene el hotel porque su atención es increíble. El desayuno es súper rico y buffet, el aire de la pieza siempre fresquita y la cama súper cómoda. El restaurant que tiene igual bien, tienen happy hour a buen precio y comidas igual.
La limpieza no es maravillosa para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas falta mejorar el aseo de los baños, toallas y todo preocuparse que este 100% ok. La piscina igual media dejada falta aseo en esa área tanto en las reposeras como en la piscina. El hotel no es 5 estrellas es un 3-4
Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war super sauber und der Pool auf dem Dach mit toller Aussicht. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit einem großen Buffet. Abholung vom Flughafen top!!!

Vista do quarto horrível para turista. Tive azar de pegar clientes/vizinhos muito baixo nível. Quarto com móvel com acabamento descolando. Opção sabonete/shampoo do banho péssima. Restaurante caro e serviço muito fraco (de noite foi bom).
Just like in the pictures and even better, good breakfast, rooftop pool, great location and great staff. I loved it.
