Hotel bien ubicado, además de que cuenta con un buen parqueadero

La amabilidad de la señorita recepcionista que estuvo cuando llegamos

Cons:

El Servicio y la calidad del desayuno, la señorita de la Panadería la Espiga que también atiende los desayunos para los huéspedes del hotel, no sabe atender a los huéspedes, sirve todo frío, no consulta nada, al parecer no está capacitada para ese puesto

Pros:

La habitación es perfecta: amplia, acogedora y cómoda. Además, el baño privado dentro de la habitación lo tiene todo. El hotel se encuentra en pleno centro de Guaranda. Por último, el desayuno es muy completo y abierto a sugerencias del huésped.
