We had a good relaxing stay, room was Cozy! The buffet during Lunch and Dinner were fantastic :)
Pros:

Location is Superb if you are flying from CSMIA

Cons:

As we were not flying anywhere it was a staycation for us, there was nothing nearby for us to explore much. Traveling to Sobo or central was a bit hassle because of traffic and being in airport area, things very expensive.

Pros:

Tercera vez que me hospedo allí. Excelente opción para viajes de trabajo. Recogida en el aeropuerto (algo poco clara la comunicación , pero funcionó). también tiene servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, lo cual es muy comodo. Desayuno en lounge ejecutivo muy bien. La habitación en esta oportunidad la encontré pequeña (puede ser mi elección, pero entendí reservé la misma de siempre),. En este ocasión fuí al SPA. excelente.

Cons:

No recomiendo planear un almuerzo en el restaurant (un domingo al mediodía..) porque es imposible conversar. Hagan otro plan....

We had a wonderful stay and the staff truly made it special. A huge shoutout to Suraj from housekeeping — the room was spotless every single day, and his attention to detail was much appreciated.

Akshay deserves a special mention for his amazing mango milkshakes, which became an absolute highlight of our trip! He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and it really showed.

What struck us most was the warmth of every single staff member — being greeted with a heartfelt "Namaste" by everyone we encountered made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. It's a small gesture that leaves a big impression.

Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience. We'll definitely be back!

Pros:

I had a very long layover and decided to book this hotel even though I didn't stay the full night. It was very comfortable and a vast improvement to spending 11 hours waiting in the airport.
