Ammenities that were not available at most hotels we looked at in japan, very clean, friendly staff.
Pros:

It was a pleasant surprise and very helpful that all the front desk staff spoke English, which made it easy to ask questions, get help, or just get advice. The staff was also always friendly and approachable. We liked that there was free coffee all day, so even if we woke up late, we could still get coffee. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a must for us, and we used it multiple times. We also selected this room for the kitchenette and fitness center, which were very helpful.

Cons:

One of the beds was very hard, which made sleeping difficult. The couch was also very hard. There were 2 small closets where we could hang clothes, but only 1 small drawer. We had to keep most of our stuff in our luggage and keep it out and accessible, which constantly made the space cluttered.

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and useful. The hotel and rooms are very clean and stylish. The gym is decent for a hotel and the sauna is great too. 7/11 and Family Mart nearby for all essentials.

Cons:

Location is OK, a few minutes'walk from Onarimon station. It often requires a transfer, which makes commuting slightly longer and more complex but that's a nitpick.

Cons:

The door doesn’t automatically shut close. I stayed in room 1201, and anytime someone passed by, I could feel as if my door was being opened.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. Everything felt special — from the incredibly friendly staff to the fantastic location. As a family, the small apartment setup was absolutely perfect and made our stay very comfortable. I also really appreciated the sustainable concept of the hotel. The design is calm, minimalistic, beautifully thought through, and the space felt both stylish and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it!

Cons:

There was honestly nothing we were unhappy with. The only thing that would have made the stay even more convenient for us would have been a small, healthy breakfast option at the hotel, since there are not many great breakfast places nearby. It would have been lovely to start the day with a good coffee and something fresh before heading out to explore the city.

Great location, cozy and close to the airport.
Pros:

It was clean, nice personnel and good location. Sauna was private, clean and very nice!

Cons:

There is no room service. Given that the room is very small it would be nice! There is no breakfast service however coffee is provided for free at the reception (nespresso capsules)

房間大，攤開三個行李箱還有走動的空間，房內附洗衣機、熨斗、微波爐與烤箱超讚！周圍有三大超商回來買晚餐跟宵夜都很方便，羽田機場來回也只要換一次車，這一次住的房間拉開窗簾就能看到東京鐵塔
