Pros:

I love the location, beautiful view. Very clean, friendly staff, delicious food. We stayed here two years ago and will stay here every time we are back here.

Cons:

The music from the restaurant can be heard in the rooms but a pair of ear plugs fixes that problem.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Liebes Team von Vila Ana, von Herzen DANKE für die schöne Zeit und den super Service. Wir waren zwei Nächte da und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Immer waren Ansprechpartner zur Stelle. Wir waren super aufgehoben! Das Essen (Frühstück, Abendessen) war lecker. Die Lage ist fabelhaft - sehr erholsam und die Aussicht super. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und werden die Vila Ana (Hotel und Restaurant) weiterempfehlen!

Eine gemütlicher Abend und eine entspannte Nacht in Vila Ana
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Und das Frühstück ist inklusive. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Essen im Restaurant am Abend war auch sehr lecker, mit tollem Ausblick von der Terrasse aus, Alles bestens, vielen Dank!

Nie wieder. Nicht mal ein Kaffee. Der ist auch nicht gut.

Die Ausstattung. Die Natur.

Cons:

Personal ist nicht freundlich, kein Interesse gezeigt. Zum Teil. Wird man nicht mal begrüsst.
3 Nächte keine Reinigung im Zimmer.
Frühstück war inbegriffen. Erster Tag. War es kalt.
Das Licht im Zimmer hatte eine Störung, ging nicht an. Oder ging in der Nacht an ohne das die Hotelkarte drin war. Habe dies gemeldet. Zimmerkarte beim Personal gelassen. Kamm am Abend wieder die wussten nicht was ich will. Wer ich bin.
Das Hotel liegt in der Natur wunderschön. Im Hotel am morgen um 08:00 ist die Music so laut wie in einem Club.
Hotel hat keine Rezeption. Das ist hier. Tecke, Rezeption, Service. Der wo dir das Frühstück serviert. Rechnet mit die das Zimmer aus. Bei dem bezahlt man.
Das ganze ist eine Väterliche Wirtschaft.
Und das hier ist meine Bewertung nur für das Hotel.
Restaurant ist nicht besser.
Wenn ich als Gast vom Hotel dort Essen. Können sie nicht das aus Zimmer schreiben. Das muss man sofort bezahlen. WLAN ist auch zum kotzen.
Erste und letzte mal. Hotel und Restaurant.

Cons:

Nažalost nepotrebno malograđanstvo. Uz jelo donesu neka peciva, bez da ih naručiš i onda ih naplate, neovisno o tome da li si ih konzumirao ili ne!!! Nebitno da li konobar Đ. to na svoju ruku radi ili je stvarno po nalogu vlasnika, potpuno je nepotreban seljakluk, koji ti pokvari inače ugodan ugođaj.

Pros:

L’emplacement avec la vue est parfait, le serveur du soir etait très sympa et a fait énormément d’effort pour que nous le comprenions merci à lui

Cons:

La chambre était sous les toits avec le velux sans volets juste au dessus de nos têtes… réveil garanti à 5h30…
Le serveur du petit dej était fort désagréable.. une attente de 30 min pour etres servi il soufflait, et nous a fait payer les 2ème café (1 seul est prévu dans le petit dej)

Qua hotel heerlijk bed, kamer.
Restaurant ook heerlijk, groot, prachtig.en ruime Terrassen!
Ontbijt was inclusief én FANTASTISCH.
Alleen maar TOP.
En....maak een uitstapje naar Tuzla, zeker de moeite waard, heb je zin om ye shoppen, ga naar de BINGO.
