Pros:

Super schickes Hotel mit einem tollen Restaurant und schönem Bergblick. Die Einrichtung war sehr modern und passend. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service klasse.

Cons:

Zimmer sind hellhörig und man bekommt die Geräusche aus dem Restaurant teilweise mit.

La localisation de l'établissement avec un paysage splendide. L'établissement a de très bonnes prestations hôtelières et un très bon restaurant.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec deux lits simples ce que nous avons eu. Cependant, il n'était pas indiqué lors de la réservation qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre avec une fenêtre intérieure... Par ailleurs, nous avions le petit-déjeuner inclus. Pour mon enfant de 14 ans, je demande un chocolat chaud qui nous est servi. Au moment du check-out, on nous informe que le chocolat chaud n'est pas inclus dans le petit-déjeuner. Ceci est agaçant car ceci n'était pas le cas, le serveur aurait dû nous le dire au moment de la commande. Ensuite, dire que le petit-déjeuner est inclus et le chocolat chaud pour une enfant de 14 ans ou même un adulte ne l'est pas n'est pas compréhensible. Je vois mal un enfant de 14 ans prendre un café ou un thé au petit-déjeuner.

Apartman je prelep i veoma čist, a osoblje je vrhunsko. Usluga na veoma visokom nivou, sve pohvale. Mi smo prezadovoljni.

Отель находится в живописном месте, недалеко от города Тузла (25 минут на машине), очень хороший ресторан, большая парковка, вежливый персонал, красиво обустроенные апартаменты

Cons:

Запах в ванной комнате (прям смердит), вероятно тянет из вентиляции, и отсутствие вешалок для одежды в ванной комнате (ни гвоздя, ни крючка), терраса не убрана

Vila Ana je za svaku pohvalu.
Na lepom mestu,ima dovoljno parking mesta (besplatnih) usluga super,sobe lepe i ciste i hrana ukusna.
Cak ovaj put nismo mogli da nocimo u Vili Ani jer je put do aerodroma bio zatvoren i taj dan smo preko Bookinga ako storniramo trebali da platimo pola cene,ali je Vila Ana odobrila besplatno storniranje.
To jos jednom potvrdjuje da je to pravi izbor za svakoga,jer nisu orijentisani samo na novac nego stvarno na svoje goste i na dobru uslugu.
Hvala puno,uvek cete biti nas izbor!

Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein. Ebene Dusche. Sehr bequemes Bett. Sehr schöne Lage auf dem Berg. Schön zum entspannen. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

I like this place. I've been here last year and plan to have a rest here in the future!
Pros:

Breakfast, restaurant, nice view, stable internet in house(not in the rooms), parking, nice staff

Cons:

Many, many smerdebubas. There is no brash in house to clean them. Led lamp above the bed is still a bit works, even its switched off. There are not too many walking routes. You need to have a car here.
