Excellent spot to rest, explore and enjoy
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely, quiet, well set out and the bed and pillows suited me perfectly. The view on level nine having breakfast was awesome. The location is excellent.

Cons:

I’ve stayed in many hotels and I couldn’t really fault it. Maybe some pastries could be offered at breakfast but I’m being picky.

Sehr gut, schöner Überblick über den See. Konnten am Nachmittag, nach unserem Checkout, nochmal duschen, bevor wir den Nachtbus genommen haben. Das Personal war super freundlich.

Perfekte Unterkunft im Old Quarter
Pros:

Es war ein super tolles Team an der Rezeption, Portier und beim Frühstück! Sehr herzlich und es war immer lustig und schön mit ihnen zu plaudern. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mitten im herzen und trotzdem leise, Frühstück mit Blick auf den See.

Kleines, enges Hotel in toller Lage mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Hotel ist in toller Lage, aber ein typisches Altstadthaus, alles ziemlich eng, auch das Zimmer. Personal aber super, sehr hilfsbereit! Der Frühstücksraum am Rooftop ist auch recht eng und das Frühstück in Ordnung aber nicht mehr.

Cons:

Enge der Räumlichkeiten, Rauchen auf der Dachterrasse während des Frühstücks.

A trustworthy hotel and tour organizer
Pros:

Strategic location, friendly staf, delicious breakfast, reliable tour organizer.

This hotel offers tour packages. I got one way complimentary airport transfer because I took two packages, Ha Long Bay and Sa Pa. A simple take away breakfast is available. The hospitality and attentiveness of the staf made me feel home. Thank you all especially to Lily, the manager, who was incredibly professional in organizing the tours and ensuring my trip went exactly as planned. I miss your homemade yoghurt!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Location is amazing, right near the lake, as well as near food, shopping and massage options. The view at breakfast is very special! The staff were so friendly with great English, the doorman so smiley and kind!

Cons:

Breakfast lacked vegetarian and gluten free options.
We only stayed 1 night so didn't get a solid feel for the place

Un hôtel bien situé, comme son nom l’indique. Pratique pour une nuit de transition à Hanoi.

Cons:

La chambre était un peu bizarre. Il y avait un conduit dans le plafond ouvert directement sur notre plafond (la clim était dedans et fonctionnait partiellement). D’autres chambres ont des fenêtres donnant sur le couloir intérieur de l’hotel…

My dream Hanoi hotel
Pros:

Centre Point hotel is overall one of the best, and my favourite hotels in Vietnam. Is certainly my favourite in Hanoi.
The location is awesome being just near Hoan kiem lake and near the edge of the old quarter and close to French quarter. Is for me a perfect mix of modern and older and more traditional. Food choices are plentiful and so cheap and even found some amazing coffee too. The staff at the hotel really made my stay so good. Lily at the front of the hotel is pure energy and is so positive and cheerful. It was a joy to pass her during the day and long hours she worked.
I will recommend the Centre Point hotel to all my friends as well as recommending Lily to them for her care and help.

Cons:

There was nothing I didnt like except I wish I was there a bit longer!

瑕不掩瑜，願意續住
Pros:

位置很好且安靜，早餐在頂樓可以看到湖，以這樣的價位我覺得很可以。服務人員態度都很友善，原本預計半夜（4:00）才抵達飯店，經詢問也願意等我們入住，雖然後來我們改變計畫提早抵達也沒有問題，非常感謝！床與衛浴間很舒服。

Cons:

我們選的房型空間真的很小，基本上勉強可以打開1個25-27吋行李，所以有帶比較多行李的人還是選大一點的房型吧！我們暫住一晚而已所以還能接受。
