Great hotel in Hanoi
Pros:

Excellent hotel in Hanoi. Great staff, always available to help and suggest what you can do around. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, very clean amd silent, ensuring a good sleep. I can definitely recommend it.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoi tout en étant à l’abris du bruit de la ville
Par contre le rapport qualité prix est totalement respecté

Cons:

L’absence de fenêtre dans notre chambre, la Clim qui se coupe dès que l’on quitte la chambre et l’absence de fraîcheur dans la salle de bain
Le petit déjeuner est correcte mais pas exceptionnel

Pros:

L hôtel est très bien situé à 2 pas du lac. Par contre nous avions une chambre avec une fenêtre qui donne sur un couloir pas très cool mais je pense qu il y a mieux mais plis cher donc trop cher pour nous car le petit déjeuner n est pas génial.

Hôtel parfait !
Pros:

La localisation plein centre et pourtant pas de bruit quand on donne sur la cour.
La gentillesse du personnel.
L'aide apportée à nos déplacements et réservations diverses.
Les chambres avec fenêtres spacieuses et très propres.
La possibilité de laisser nos bagages le dernier jour.
