Pros:

The location was ideal. We had a quiet room at the back and the hotel is in a cheerful side street very close to Hoan Kiem Lake.
The staff were all very helpful and very pleasant.
There's a great view from the dining room roof terrace.

Cons:

This is a small hotel, one of those tall, narrow ones, so the rooms are not very big, but had enough room and storage for two of us.
The management decided to paint the interior while we were there. The staff did their best to make this manageable, but it was a bit odd.
It is often the case in the East, but we found the beds too hard.
The breakfast buffet was very basic, but the scrambled eggs were good.

With its friendly and welcoming staff and excellent location, it provided a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. Although the rooms were a little small, they were sufficient for our 3-night stay. Having power outlets next to the bed and in the bathroom was very convenient. The hotel is also located in a very central area, making it easy to explore the city.

Cons:

The sound insulation was a little weak. Noise from outside was not an issue, but conversations from people passing through the corridor could be heard at times.

Excellent séjour à Hanoi
Pros:

Hotel très bien placé, le lac est tout près à pieds , les rues sont très animées mais notre chambre était calme ,ce qui a été très appréciable. Personnel extrêmement attentionné. La responsable Lily propose son aide en cas de besoin d'organisation .
