Excellent séjour à Hanoi
Pros:

Hotel très bien placé, le lac est tout près à pieds , les rues sont très animées mais notre chambre était calme ,ce qui a été très appréciable. Personnel extrêmement attentionné. La responsable Lily propose son aide en cas de besoin d'organisation .

Tolle Aufenthalt in Super Zentralen Hotel mit Super freundlichem Service

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and spotless, the breakfast is probably the best that I've had in Vietnam, and to cap it all the staff from Lily and Ruby to the hotel cleaners and in the lobby they were all excellent thank you all for making our stay fabulous and we will return to your great hotel 🏨

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement placé dans le vieux quartier à côté du lac.
L'équipe est chaleureuse et professionnelle.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Un grand Merci à Lily qui s'est occupée de nous réserver nos bus pour nous déplacer dans le pays et pour aller à l'aéroport.
Nous avons également pu laisser nos bagages entre 2 destinations.

Excelente localização, staff muito atencioso, nos ajudaram em tudo que precisamos. O café da manhã estava ótimo. Foi um bom custo benefício.

O quarto era bem pequeno, e um dia ficamos sem água quente, tivemos que tomar banho gelado.

初めてのハノイ旅行でよいところを選べたと思う。
Pros:

スタッフが丁寧、親切。ゆったりしてて穏やか。立地も素晴らしく歩いていろんなところを見に行けた。ホテルの周りに食べるところも多くて気が楽だった。お部屋の掃除も丁寧綺麗。部屋自体に窓はないせいか、外の音はぜんぜん聞こえないくらいだった。フロアに3部屋あったけど音はほとんど聞こえない。ほかの部屋に人がいるかいないかもわからないくらい静か。ランドリーサービス(3$/1kg）を頼んだらキレイになって返ってきて気持ちよかった。チェックアウト時に忘れ物あるよと持って下りてきてくれた（忘れものではなくて置いてきたものだったのだけど。お手数おかけしました）ルーフトップでの眺めは穏やかでよかった。朝食の時にしか行かなかったけど、夜も行けばよかった。深夜帯はスタッフの方がロビーで仮眠を取っていることがあり、最初は閉まっているのかと思いました。気づくとすぐ開けてくれます。

Cons:

602号室　シャワーの水量が弱い。シャワー室に物を置く台というか棚みたいのが一切ない。シャワーのことだけが部屋に帰るたびに憂鬱だった。シャンプーとボディソープのみ。固形せっけんはひとつあった。部屋が少し狭いので荷物を広げる場所がない。今年の７月にリノベーション予定だそうなのでそこが改善すると良いですね。宿泊前にクレジットカードですでに決済が済んでいるかと思ったら当日にまだ支払いが済んでいないと言われ現地決済になった。現金で払えばそのままの値段だったがクレジットカード決済を選ぶと5％乗せて払わないといけなかった
