Es war sehr sauber, schöne große Zimmer. Sehr zentral. Direkt an der Bahn, an der marmaray, an den Fähren an den Bussen. Man kommt von hier aus überall direkt hin. Die Mitarbeiter super nett sehr freundlich. Man bekommt direkt ein Lächeln ins Gesicht, wenn man das Hotel betritt. Ich war letztes Jahr schon da. Dieses Jahr wieder und nächstes Jahr komme ich auch!
זה חוזר על עצמו שוב ושוב .. צוות אדיר שירות מעולה שבאף בית מלון לא קבלתי שירות כזה .. כל הצוות של המלון מתייחסים אלי כאילו אני חבר שלהם ודואגים לעזור לי בכל נושא .. במיוחד בחור שקוראים לו ריאד

جميع الطاقم الفندق بشوش و مبتسم و خدوم و يرحبون فيك اثناء الدخول او الخروج. ويوجد موظفه اسمها كوثر مختصه لخدمة و أخذ اراء النزلاء بما يعني ان مهتمين بالعملاء. و الفطور متنوع و المكيف بااااارد

Schönes Hotel an Top Lage, wenige Meter von der Tramhaltestelle „Sirkeci“ weg.
Grosses Deluxe Zimmer mit Blick auf die belebte Strasse und seitlichem Bosporus-Blick.
The hotel staff were very helpful especially the breakfast staff (Asif).
Rooms were clean and well maintained.
The hotel location is excellent.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul especially those going for the first time.

The location was really good. Everything was so close. The air con was so good. They breakfast was different every day that was really nice. The staff was lovely.
Only the Turkish bath massage it is not for men only woman so I have to go somewhere else it was not mention or else I wouldn’t book
I had a fantastic stay at Eurostars Hotel Old City in Istanbul and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the hotel also prepared a lovely fruit platter together with a personal welcome card, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and very quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring Istanbul. The hotel’s location is also excellent, with many of the city’s main attractions within walking distance.
What really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality and attention to detail made a real difference and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul and will happily recommend this hotel to friends and family.
We had a wonderful stay at Eurostar Hotel. Everything was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. سبق وان قمت بتقييم هذا الفندق وذكرت بأن الموقع مميز جدا
واضيف بأن العاملين بالفندق ودودين ويسعون لتقديم المساعدة دائما
العيوب كما ذكرت سابقا بأن الاثاث يحتاج الى تجديد وكذلك يجب معالجه مشكله مراوح التهويه بدورات المياه
