I can recommend this hotel and I would use it next time again!
Pros:

The whole staff of the Safron Hotel was very kind, friendly and always helpfull! The Restaurant was exzellent I can highly recommend the breakfast buffet a big variety and very tasty!

Cons:

I booked a room with balcony and that was promised, but I got one without. I complained about that at the reception. Also about the Roof Top Bar that was under renovation. The manager showed me the Roof Top Bar and advised his personal that they let me sit there whenever I want. The hotel was fully booked so that it was not so easy to change the room to one with a balcony, but they tried. Recognizing all the efforts and satisfied with what I had, I decided to let it be like it is and that was pretty ok!

They should improve on their service.
Pros:

The ambience was good. The initial reception was fair.

Cons:

Initially they told me the reservation I made was not available. Only when I insisted they eventually gave me a room. I did not also like the fact that we were checked into a room. And they had to move us out of that room to another room. That was really no acceptable.
