Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y disposición en todo momento para solventar dudas o apoyar en lo que fuera necesario. Fue una estancia muy agradable. Aunque no incluye el estacionamiento, la accesibilidad del mismo es perfecta y no hay mayor problema con el uso del estacionamiento contiguo al hotel. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estancia amena y cómoda. La entrada y salida tanto del hotel como de habitaciones es muy sencilla y la playa está realmente cerca.hay muchos restaurantes deliciosos muy cerca del lugar.

Pros:

very centrally located. Beach and town a block away. great find, simple accommodation for great value. Staff extremely helpful. Early check in, late check out. couldn’t be nicer! Great AC,Make sure you walk over hill for fabulous sunset. Restaurants on the beach fabulous. Really a hidden gem of a place.

The perfect spot for chilling in mazunte with plenty nearby but the idyllic seclusion of paradise
Pros:

Casa Ava was in the perfect location right by the beach and close to some great cafes and restaurants. We loved the room and the staff were super friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Not a complaint but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper to bring earplugs. The ocean and nature are quite loud which adds to the charm of the property but might not be for everyone.

Little piece of paradise, we can’t wait to return.

My partner and I originally booked for 3 nights, but it was so perfect here we extended our stay for an additional 3 nights! Thank you Suilma and Nohemí for making us feel at home and for all the hospitality. Casa Ava is so beautiful, comfortable and just steps away from the beach! We can’t wait to come back.

Leaving was the worst part.

Great little find
Pros:

Location can't be beat; close to the main drag but just far enough (1 block) to be quiet and peaceful. Literally steps from the beach. Loved the sound of the waves at night. Very clean and a very comfortable bed and great pillows. My room had a desk and chair which was helpful. AC worked very well and the big window let in a nice breeze at night with the AC off. Pretty little patio area. Very quiet, no parties. This place is a definite upgrade from most of the hostel-style places in town, at a reasonable price.

Cons:

No hot water but that is standard in Mazunte. It would have been nice to have a small fridge and coffee maker/hot water for tea or coffee.
