I keep coming back to the same place few times over the last few visits to London. Superb location!

Superb location, very close to Paddington station, Kensington Garden and Hyde Park.

Good spot. Clean and well appointed.
Pros:

Convenient location about 5 to 10 mins from Paddington station depending on which part of Paddington station you want to get to. Nice relaxed ground floor foyer with plenty of plugs and could be a co-working space.

Kitchen is useful to have.

WiFi works fine. TV works fine. Floors are a bit warped but it is an old building.

Cons:

No air-conditioning. Only one fan that is plugged into the wall of the bedroom so can't be moved outside or elsewhere. Thankfully the windows open.

No remote controls for fan... you need to download the Dyson app. But the fan IS a Dyson!

Good location, but not all apartments value the money
Pros:

We liked the location. Very close to Hyde park and paddington station. Shops and pubs and great restaurants all around. The apartment we go to. The second and third day was good but the one we got on the first day was next to air conditioning machines which we heard during the whole night and had an uncomfortable distribution.

Cons:

The first day we were put on an apartment where we heard the air conditioning machines of the rest of the building the whole night. In addition, the apartment had an ackward distribution and we could hardly move around. After I complained, we were moved to a second apartment which was bigger, had not external noise but it was smelly and shabby.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, тихий респектабельный район. Хороший номер, оснащенная кухня, чисто. Отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

В номере было очень душно. Окна нельзя было открывать, так как за окном стояли шумные вентиляторы, которые круглосуточно работали. Это конечно большой минус, в остальном все было отлично.

Nice location for travellers
Pros:

Staff on the front desk was helpful. Nice location just 5min walk to Paddington station.

Cons:

The room was in lower ground level. We didn't know this when booked. No AC in the room, we had to keep the fan on the whole night.

Was impossible to stay in. Windows cannot be opened in plain summer full sun, was a sauna with now AC conditioner. They still haven’t reimbursed the money

Superb large apartment close to Paddington station
Pros:

An easy walk from Paddington station . We had the lower ground floor flat and it was a great size. Shower and bath and the surprise of a washing machine! Iron, drying rack , hairdryer all provided. Fans provided in bedroom and lounge which were effective and we could sleep in the unseasonal London heat.
Peaceful location with walking distance to Marble Arch, Hyde park.

Perfect London location for a soft family visit.

Amazing location, easy to access, easy check in / check out. Perfect size for us and our three young kids to explore London.

Needs air con as was very stuffy in basement and whilst we had fans, it remained very hot.
