No doubt the location is the best. But if you are have concern about the cleanliness, please avoid this place.
Pros:

The location is great. Many restaurants around and near to Sun plaza.

Cons:

The cleanliness is the worse part. Drinks left in the fridge from the previous customer. Many drain fly larvae in the room.

Best kept secret in Sapa
Pros:

Excellent location, cleanliness, facilities. A really nice place and a great cafe on the ground floor with lovely staff

Cons:

Internet was ok 90% of the time, but out of the control of the owner/manager.

3 nights in Sapa, decent room, with good wifi.
Pros:

Good sized room, I ordered a double, for some unknown reason, in the room was two single beds, a mini fridge, large TV (that didn't work), the hotel is pretty much on the main road, but still quiet, I would recommend and use again. The wifi was good too.

Cons:

Nothing really, I never watch the TV, but would use it for things like Youtube, but the TV didn't work, other wise, happy

Close to everything
Pros:

it was right in the middle of everything

Cons:

there was no signage whatsoever, we spent so much time dragging all our stuff up and down looking for it. Finally another tourist told us where it was.

My stay was really good! If you use earplugs, I can really recommend this place!
