Maintenance
No phones available to call reception every time I need to go down stairs.
TV was not working properly.
It is not a hotel, it's a wedding hall. Not happy.. too expensive
Too expensive for the money they took.
Visited Nellore for my cousin's wedding. Traveled with parents and we were given 2 separate rooms for 3 adults. Stay was comfortable and value for money. The A/C's were good and made our stay comfortable.
The window's need to be fixed as the latch was not working for the sliding windows. It's a safety and security issue. Also, there's no breakfast buffet / spread. Need to inform the staff to bring breakfast.
New property. Relatively clean.
The staff speaks Telugu only. Even if we try Hindi, they speak back in Telugu, leaving you with sign language for communication.
The TV was not even connected to their own WiFi. We asked them to connect while we went out for dinner, still they did not do.
Parking is on the road.
Rooms are neat. 24 hrs check in facility available. Excellent staff response.
