تعامل الطاقم وعلى الاخص الاخ جمال والاخ نواف العنزي والاخ محمد الفارس واخر لا اعرف اسمه.

الفندق جميل والخدمة جيدة لكن كانت غرفتي مطلة على طريق العروبة مما جعل الإزعاج قوي ومستمر حتى الصباح للأسف

unfortunately, i will not reserve again in this Hotel

The design of the Hotel and architecture

Cons:

The receptionist is very bad
Employees are not professional and are rude
No one to help pick up your luggage
they dont provide me with Wifi
I have to search for and ask for a restaurant for breakfast
Breakfast was very poor and not fresh
tTheoverall experience is very bad
By the way, I requested an invoice for my visit since 2 days but no one is replying to my request :)
