如果要去寧平旅遊、喜歡安靜的場所，可以考慮這間，主人會很熱情的接待你們！
Pros:

我跟太太住的是Deluxe Internal Window 32 平方公尺 的房型。此間旅館可以稱得上是農家類型的民宿。女主人非常親切、客氣，幫我們安排到幽靜的住宿地點、安排租機車、推薦餐廳。事實上，不僅是她，她的家人都非常友善，願意協助我們，讓我們的感覺很好。
此間的地點不是在熱鬧的寧平市區，避免了旅遊鬧區的喧嘩，而是在一個僻靜的鄉村。然而，透過機車去景點與餐廳都非常方便，附近也有不錯的按摩店。對喜歡安靜場所的我們非常適合。房間內部簡單，但是空間很大，浴室也很大。

Cons:

雖然浴室的排水有點慢，但是都會逐漸消退，完全不會造成我們的困擾。

The family room was large, clean and comfortable. The AC works very well. The family is friendly but need to communicate through Google translate. The pool was nice and refreshing, the garden full of flowers with many sitting areas and breakfast portions were huge. We rented nice motorbikes, 200k/ motorbike with full tank of gas. The homestays is across a waterway, away from the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc but there are many restaurant options along the main road, 4 min walk.

They charge 4% extra if paying my credit card

Wundervoller Aufenthalt auf einer tollen Anlage mit unheimlich herzlichen Gastgenern

Für uns war der Aufenthalt das Highlight der Vietnam Reise. Die Anlage ist familiengeführt und war sehr gepflegt, die Lage war perfekt um Ninh Binh zu erkunden.
Die Besitzer der Anlage waren sehr herzlich, freundlich und haben uns bei allen Plänen unterstützt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Das Essen war super lecker, wir haben einiges von der Karte probiert 😄 Es war alles sauber und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft :) Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen und sind immernoch sehr glücklich, dass wir uns für das Ninh Binh Royal Homestay entschieden haben.

Pros:

Accueil au top, les hôtes sont adorables et toujours dispo pour filer un coup de main ou conseiller. Le cadre est superbe, au calme avec une vue de dingue sur les rizières. Chambres nickel et confortables, et la cuisine maison est excellente. Gros plus : location de scooter sur place et service de laundry, hyper pratique. Vraiment un super spot pour découvrir Ninh Binh.

Authentic homestay in a peaceful location
Pros:

Friendly atmosphere with great people running the property doing their best to ensure a comfortable stay. Friendly an great home made breakfast. The homestay is in a quiet part of the village and short ride from main attractions. Bikes provided. Room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

The place was out of a story book gorgeous, the garden overflowing with fruit and flowers, the pool clean and inviting, the rooms immaculate, spacious and comfortable.

The owners were the absolute sweetest people, filling the space with a peaceful, gentle, friendly energy that made coming 'home' always a pleasure and an invitation to decompress.

As a celiac, I was provided a safe breakfast, and they also packed me delicious, varied, safe lunches!! If you have dietary requirements, I'd recommend them as it took a lot of pressure off.

The place was quiet and local and only a few mins (maybe 7) in to the centre, even closer to other cute pubs and restaurants.

I'd stay again in a heartbeat, I'd come back to Vietnam simply to visit here again! Don't think, just book it 😁
