Beautiful place, wonderful staff, highly recommend.
Pros:

The property is beautiful with the little bungalows surrounded by trees, flowers and fish ponds. It’s located in a quiet area but still very close to restaurants which we enjoyed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely and having access to a rental scooter was great. The owners of the homestay were all so very nice and helpful.

Świetny nocleg z basenem blisko atrakcji
Pros:

Niesamowicie przyjaźni, pomocni właściciele. Cudowana atmosfera miejsca. Czyste, klimatyzowane pokoje z dużymi, wygodnymi łóżkami. Możliwość wypożyczenia skuterów I rowerów. Basen z regularnie czyszczoną wodą. Przez caly dzien serwowano nam owoce, wodę i lemoniadę. Zacisznie, a jednocześnie blisko restauracji i kawiarń. Również bardzo blisjo wszystkich najważniejazych atrakcji w okolicach Ninh Binh. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc, w jakich zdarzyło nam się nocować.

Pros:

Most things were amazing. Homely and personable staff who are always going one step further to ensure a comfortable experience. They were helpful in getting a taxis on the days we were too tired to bike (which were free for guests). Always available to assist - rooms were spacious, clean and not lacking in any amenity. Property was beautiful , airy & aesthetically welcoming . Loved the pool although it rained most of the days . They treat guests with real care like family - and everyone is committed to you enjoying your stay.

I cannot recommend this homestay enough and I will come back soon.

Cons:

Maybe could have bigger towels ;) the ones given upon check in was a bit thin - the ones given on the 3rd day - day before we checked out were better

Pros:

La amabilidad de la familia, se han portado increíblemente bien con nosotros, estando muy pendientes de todo y teniendo detalles muy considerados por su parte.
Se duerme bien, te tratan bien, buen precio y se está como en casa, además de estar muy cerca de todos los puntos de interés importantes de tam coc.

Ninh Binh is a gorgeous location.
Pros:

The owners were lovely.

Cons:

It was advertised as 3 bedroom - this meant 3 beds in one room! Not separate rooms.
The location was difficult to access by road.

Pros:

The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when we asked to come a day early due to the typhoon. The room was huge, clean and aircon was fab. The swimming pool was great after a hot day. Fabulous place to stay.

如果要去寧平旅遊、喜歡安靜的場所，可以考慮這間，主人會很熱情的接待你們！
Pros:

我跟太太住的是Deluxe Internal Window 32 平方公尺 的房型。此間旅館可以稱得上是農家類型的民宿。女主人非常親切、客氣，幫我們安排到幽靜的住宿地點、安排租機車、推薦餐廳。事實上，不僅是她，她的家人都非常友善，願意協助我們，讓我們的感覺很好。
此間的地點不是在熱鬧的寧平市區，避免了旅遊鬧區的喧嘩，而是在一個僻靜的鄉村。然而，透過機車去景點與餐廳都非常方便，附近也有不錯的按摩店。對喜歡安靜場所的我們非常適合。房間內部簡單，但是空間很大，浴室也很大。

Cons:

雖然浴室的排水有點慢，但是都會逐漸消退，完全不會造成我們的困擾。

The family room was large, clean and comfortable. The AC works very well. The family is friendly but need to communicate through Google translate. The pool was nice and refreshing, the garden full of flowers with many sitting areas and breakfast portions were huge. We rented nice motorbikes, 200k/ motorbike with full tank of gas. The homestays is across a waterway, away from the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc but there are many restaurant options along the main road, 4 min walk.

They charge 4% extra if paying my credit card

Wundervoller Aufenthalt auf einer tollen Anlage mit unheimlich herzlichen Gastgenern

Für uns war der Aufenthalt das Highlight der Vietnam Reise. Die Anlage ist familiengeführt und war sehr gepflegt, die Lage war perfekt um Ninh Binh zu erkunden.
Die Besitzer der Anlage waren sehr herzlich, freundlich und haben uns bei allen Plänen unterstützt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Das Essen war super lecker, wir haben einiges von der Karte probiert 😄 Es war alles sauber und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft :) Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen und sind immernoch sehr glücklich, dass wir uns für das Ninh Binh Royal Homestay entschieden haben.
