Pros:

The homestay was very clean, the garden was nice and well looked after. They have a nice big pool and secure parking for our motorcycle. The room was basic but enough for what we need. The owner / staff were very hospitable and friendly. The location is close to Winmart, only 2 mins walk.

Cons:

The photo about the lotus lake around the homestay is not for all year round. It depends on the season. You can check with homestay before you come.

Tout! Très grande chambre dans un joli jardin. Mais surtout accueil très chaleureux. Les hôtes sont très gentils et font le maximum pour vous rendre service. La nourriture y est très bonne également.

Ich habe im Ninh Binh Royal Homestay eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Schon beim Ankommen fühlt man sich willkommen – die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und herzlich.

Zimmer & Frühstück:
Die Zimmer waren richtig schön und geräumig, mit schönem Ausblick.
Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit guter Auswahl, frisch zubereitet und einfach ein toller Start in den Tag.

Anlage & Gestaltung:
Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.
Besonders positiv fand ich, dass alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet ist – man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird.

Fazit
Insgesamt kann ich das Ninh Binh Royal Homestay wärmstens empfehlen. Wer eine saubere, gemütliche Unterkunft mit einem tollen Frühstück und einer liebevollen Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Hosts were lovely and so welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast was huge - couldnt eat it all.
Pool was so lovely to relax and cool down - (mind the invisible steps underfoot as my shin took a bit hit)
Gardens are beautiful.
Was our best stay in Vietnam

Cons:

Hot water ran out very quickly - we didn't have any on our second day.
A few more pillows, would be appreciated.

Beautiful place, wonderful staff, highly recommend.
Pros:

The property is beautiful with the little bungalows surrounded by trees, flowers and fish ponds. It’s located in a quiet area but still very close to restaurants which we enjoyed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely and having access to a rental scooter was great. The owners of the homestay were all so very nice and helpful.

Świetny nocleg z basenem blisko atrakcji
Pros:

Niesamowicie przyjaźni, pomocni właściciele. Cudowana atmosfera miejsca. Czyste, klimatyzowane pokoje z dużymi, wygodnymi łóżkami. Możliwość wypożyczenia skuterów I rowerów. Basen z regularnie czyszczoną wodą. Przez caly dzien serwowano nam owoce, wodę i lemoniadę. Zacisznie, a jednocześnie blisko restauracji i kawiarń. Również bardzo blisjo wszystkich najważniejazych atrakcji w okolicach Ninh Binh. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc, w jakich zdarzyło nam się nocować.

Pros:

Most things were amazing. Homely and personable staff who are always going one step further to ensure a comfortable experience. They were helpful in getting a taxis on the days we were too tired to bike (which were free for guests). Always available to assist - rooms were spacious, clean and not lacking in any amenity. Property was beautiful , airy & aesthetically welcoming . Loved the pool although it rained most of the days . They treat guests with real care like family - and everyone is committed to you enjoying your stay.

I cannot recommend this homestay enough and I will come back soon.

Cons:

Maybe could have bigger towels ;) the ones given upon check in was a bit thin - the ones given on the 3rd day - day before we checked out were better
