Nice location, reasonable. I just wish the bed wasn’t sunken in.

Great easy stay with an awesome beachfront
Pros:

The location is great. The beachfront is very nice it’s easy to get to all of Traverse City and the airport from this hotel. The staff were very available and attentive and had everything we needed. The pool area and hot tub were very nice.

Cons:

The only negative is that the breakfast is done by delivering 1 of 5 guest selected boxes of food to your room rather than a buffet style breakfast. These were okay but offered no flexibility to those with dietary restrictions and isn’t as nice as real plates with flatware.

First and last time at this hotel
Pros:

The main advantage of the hotel is its location. Room was spacious

Cons:

It seems that that the management is trying to cut costs. Showe towel had big hole, mirror at bathroom worn out, no dining room for breakfast, got a box with some staff. Not very apetizing and arrived to our room 30 minute late and after repeated phones to front desk. There are 3 buildings but none has signs so we had to wander around in order to locate our.

Beautifucl beach stay
Pros:

This hotel is great for kids. It is directly on the beach. Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning at the requested time. Coffee in the room and in the lobby. They were very accommodating to requests and very friendly.

Best complete package
Pros:

1. Best overall facilities and total experience over the course of our 7 day/6 venue trip. My wife's favorite place.
2. Balcony opened to the beach, which was only ~60 yds. to the water. Even had an excellent sunset view.
3. Staff seemed very well prepared and organized.
4. Solid accessibility options.
5. Full set of room amenities... even guest laundry.

Cons:

1. something out of their control: the construction and traffic on the main drag can make it difficult to exit -- especially when turning left (Eastbound).
2. minor point: breakfast options. While room delivery is nice, there's limited set of available options and that may not work well for young families.

Pros:

Nice beach area, the roomsxare decently sized and relatively clean. They could use some updating.

Cons:

It is an older property. For us the beds were not very comfortable. The bathtub feels like it leans down hill

Perfect location!
Pros:

The location was great being right on the water. We had the first floor which had a doorway that goes out onto a patio, and a nice beach area.
The hotel was very clean, everyone very friendly.
We used the hot tub/pool.
In the morning they will drop off a boxed continental breakfast for you. Coffee stand in the lobby, it’s was great visit!

Cons:

Being an indoor pool and cannot be warmed from the sun, the pool temperature could be higher to make it more comfortable.
