Wer keine besonderen Ansprüche hat wird zufrieden sein
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe des Ostbahnhofs ist sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist nachts und morgens sehr laut - Ohrstöppsel sind angesagt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, an machen Ecken im Flur gibts Schmutz und Spinnweben. Keine Klimaanlage.

Gut zu finden.
Parkplatz vor der Tür (Achtung Schlaflöcher)

Cons:

1) Datneleck (spam WhatsApp) erhalten mit Name und Nummer
2) Jugendliche dürfen gym nicht nutzen
3) kleinere bette wie angegeben
4) schmutzige Fenster und nur einmal Reinigung auf Anfrage

Pros:

sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Tiefgarage

Cons:

leider war das Bett/Zimmer sehr schmal,
da es Reparaturen an der Lüftung gab, haben wir mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und einen Nachlass erhalten.

Perfekt und ich werde wieder dort übernachten bei meinem nächsten München Trip.
Pros:

Super nette Dame an der Rezeption, die sich herzlich und professionell um meine Anliegen gekümmert hat. Die Lage ist super! Alles war top top sauber und vorallem ganz ruhig.

Pros:

La posizione era buona, silenziosa e raggiungibile con i mezzi, sembrava essere anche sicura. I servizi comodi. C'è anche un supermercato vicino dove abbiamo comprato da mangiare.

Cons:

Il bagno era un po' piccolo. La doccia poco spaziosa, tanto che l'acqua finiva dappertutto. La reception non era disponibile al nostro checkout nonostante fosse orario di apertura. Siamo dovute andare via, lasciando solo un cartellino perché avevamo un bus da prendere. Il prezzo era troppo alto per questo hotel, probabilmente per la buona posizione (anche se serve comunque prendere i mezzi per raggiungere il centro).

gute Lage, Personal freundlich, komfortabel, Sauberkeit, Minibar

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage, an heißen Tagen wird es sehr warm. Rezeption ist nur bis 22 Uhr besetzt. Bad sehr klein.
