Great Stay.
Pros:

Tess was very courteous, smooth check in, good host.
The room was clean. Cozy room, comfortable and
location is good.
Room same as shown in booking.com.
Overall 1 night stay was great 👍

Cons:

The steps were steep and the outside steps were wet because of rains so could be slippery if not cautious while climbing up or getting down.

We were able to climb the many steps to the room, but not meant for old and elderly people who have climbing issues, hence the advise.. No problem for young people.

Gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Tess ist freundlich. Besonders angenehm fand ich die Klimaanlage: Sie funktioniert sehr gut und ist so angebracht, dass sie nicht direkt aufs Bett bläst. Das Warmwasser muss man eine Weile vorlaufen lassen, danach wird es aber richtig heiß. Der Wasserdruck beim Duschen war okay. Toilettenpapier und Duschgel habe ich auf Nachfrage erhalten.

Cons:

Der Balkon war für mich ein wichtiger Buchungsgrund. Leider ist er sehr klein. Direkt davor steht ein Baum, ansonsten blickt man auf die Hinterhöfe der umliegenden Grundstücke. Da ich länger in Kochi bleibe, wäre ich gerne länger geblieben. Ich möchte aber auch gemütlich draußen sitzen und nicht nur unterwegs sein. Wegen des kleinen Balkons habe ich mich deshalb nach einer anderen Unterkunft umgeschaut.

Bei einer der beiden Matratzen sind die Federn deutlich spürbar und drücken unangenehm in den Rücken. Da ich das Doppelzimmer allein nutze, konnte ich auf die andere Bettseite ausweichen. Bei einer Belegung mit zwei Personen wäre das keine Lösung.

Beim Einzug wurde mir keine Hilfe mit meinen beiden Rucksäcken angeboten. Das hätte ich aufmerksam gefunden. Toilettenpapier und Duschgel waren zunächst nicht vorhanden und mussten erst erfragt werden.

Great stay at Tess Holistay
Pros:

Tess was very friendly and welcoming, always at hand at reception to help. She helped us organise cabs as needed.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The location was perfect, we walked everywhere in the Fort Kochi area in around 10 minutes.

Pros:
