⭐ Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended

We booked a 3-bed room for 3 days, but the hotel provided only a 2-bed room. Breakfast was not provided, and there was no proper food service available at the hotel.

The room cleaning was not done properly, and the bathroom condition was very poor and unhygienic. Overall, the room and facilities were far below expectations.

We had booked the hotel for 3 days, but due to the extremely poor experience, we had to leave after just 1 day.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel felt more like a low-quality OYO stay rather than a proper hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing & Unacceptable Experience

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly recommend that people think twice before booking this hotel.

We specifically booked a 3-bed room for 3 days, but the hotel provided us with only a 2-bed room. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility toward guests.

There was no proper breakfast and no food service available. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom was in a very poor, dirty and unhygienic condition. The overall maintenance and cleanliness were far below an acceptable hotel standard.

We had paid and planned to stay for 3 days, but because of the terrible conditions and poor service, we were forced to leave after just 1 day.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The facilities and service were nowhere near what we expected from a proper hotel. It felt more like a very low-standard OYO room than a decent hotel.

Management seriously needs to improve room allocation, cleanliness, bathroom hygiene, food service, and basic guest facilities.

Very bad experience. Money and time wasted. Definitely not recommended.

Cons:

Manager charged 500 more for taxes ,to whatever bookings.com showed.you had shown 1050 rupees .he charged more than 1500 . I have evidence of transfer and your charges shown.
You know taxes structure and why don't you show figures with taxes.
