Tolles Hotel an perfekter Lage
Pros:

- perfekte Lage gleich neben der West Edmonton Mall
- grosse Zimmer mit bequemen Betten sowie Kühlschrank, Eisfach und Mikrowelle.
- Im Badezimmer hatte es eine Regendusche
- Preis/Leistung ist grossartig
- sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Petsonal

Cons:

Einzig das Frühstücksbuffet lässt zu Wünschen übrig…
Aber halb so schlimm, die Mall ist ja gleich nebenan.

Nice rooms and staff but a little overpriced in a sketchy neighborhood outside of the mall itself.
Pros:

Staff was very good.
Room was larger and better equipped than expected.
Rooms were well insulated from sound.

Cons:

The shower floor was dangerously slippery and the bath mat provided was too small to provide the necessary safety required.
I was uncomfortable walking nearby by the property as there were people regularly loitering outside of the main entrance.

Adequate for what we paid.
Pros:

The location was good. The room was like a small apartment. It had a kitchenette but no cooking facilities.

Cons:

The dishwasher wash broken. One of the kitchen cabinets was broken and held together with a zip tie. The other guests were very loud all night - no noise insulation, loud homeless people and drug deals in the carpark under our window when the kids were trying to sleep.

No pool. Only on washer and dryer in laundry which was always in use.

A fine place to stay near the West Edmonton Mall
Pros:

The hotel was very handy for the West Edmonton Mall.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Comfy, relaxing, Good location
Pros:

the beds were really comfy, and the location was perfect as we were doing a trip to Edmonton mall. the room was great and the free breakfast was yum !! shower products were really good and the free condition body wash and shampoo were a lovely add on. wasn't too noisy

Cons:

had to fill out a pdf form on phone which was difficult because we had to download sed pdf file and draw all the info on it instead of just having a form on the website that lets you fill it out.
