Never again to book in a cheap place with high rates

Cons:

The room and balcony was not clean, the entire place needs maintenance upgrades. The worst was they have guests that party and make noice till way after 3am. Reported to reception, and nothing was done. The phone lines to reception don’t work, so you have to go up and down the stairs to complain about the noise. Staff is not friendly and has an attitude when spoken to. No manager on site to assist, and staff refuse to give out the owners details.

The size of the room exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

The air con was not working and you could not open the windows. The were hazardous renovations taking place at the hotel

I like the new renovation

Cons:

The gate . I phoned x10 times to get my family in while they along with x2 other guests were waiting outside trying to get in . It’s not the greatest location to be waiting on a gate at night . I would not book here again until they sort this out . Also parking was a nightmare, parking everyone in . You have to wake up other guests or be woken up if someone is wanting to leave so just expect that aswell .

Great stay but could be improved.
Pros:

The place is good, even though it was under renovations. The staff is excellent. changed our towels without even asking.

Cons:

Having to wait on the gate whether you are driving or walking, they should provide remotes. There are no rugs on the floor, it is cold now. The aircon only has cooling no heating option, maybe they should get that fixed.

Pros:

Like the staff members, they were so friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was so clean, we had things for morning coffee or tea inside the rooms. We were able to watch the 1st World Cup game for 2026
