Cool until there’s a problem — then suddenly, it’s all about keeping the money.
Cons:

They like to play it cool… but as soon as there’s a problem, the attitude becomes a lot less cool.

We arrived late and discovered that the room we had booked was not ready. At 11 p.m., we were therefore “helped out” by being put in a downgraded room with no private bathroom, only a shared bathroom.” The room was also very hot. The only way to get some fresh air was to open the windows, which meant enjoying the noise from the national road running just below, along with the barking dogs.

Okay, these things can happen. What is much more surprising, however, is that it apparently doesn’t go without saying that the customer should be refunded the difference in price between the room they booked and the one they were actually given.

At Moana Surf, apparently, the concept of “cool” has its limits… especially when it comes to giving a few dirhams back.

We’re cool, yes… but apparently they’re even more attached to keeping the money.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, la chambre était très propre et confortable, avec une belle terrasse. Le petit déjeuner était également excellent.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse, et une mention spéciale à la femme de ménage qui a pris soin de faire la vaisselle après nos repas. C’est vraiment très apprécié !

Merci à tous pour ce beau séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Cons:

Très bruyant
Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre dès notre arrivée à cause du bruit. ( impression de dormir dans la rue) Chaque jour, la propriétaire nous disait que ce serait possible le lendemain, sans jamais le faire, malgré des chambres qui se libéraient. Nous avons trouvé cela peu correcte de sa part.

Took some surf and yoga lessons while we were there, loved it. Lovely teachers :)
