Amazing location , great ocean views .

Cons:

The $5 white kitchen sink plug was discoloured , stained and all chipped . I would have bought a new one but couldn’t find in Surfers shops .

A wonderful stay with stunning ocean views
Pros:

Absolutely amazing views from every room of the apartment. Being right in front of the beautiful ocean, we enjoyed magnificent sunrises and a lovely short walk along the beachfront to shops, entertainment, and the night markets. The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean, quiet, with convenient parking, and the pool was a great bonus. The staff were friendly, and overall we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much One The Esplanade!

Services. Stayed for 5 nights. No service was done during our stay. They service once a week if guests stay more than 8 nights. Rubbish bin was overflowing. No more new towels given during 5 nights stay. Only 2 small tubes were given for shampoo and conditioner for 3 of us to use for 5 nights stay.

Loved the active view and how much sun came in the apartment, perfect in winter.

Cons:

The Internet must have been too slow. When logged in to our own foxtel via the smart TV it kept buffering watching sports and TV shows.

We had a wonderful stay at One The Esplanade. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—right on the Esplanade, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and the beach.

The views were beautiful, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and I would happily recommend One The Esplanade to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

A few light fixtures need replacement. And a bigger water heater is needed. Other than that absolutely fabulous

It was fine. Staff helpful. Pool lovely and warm.
Cons:

One window in the toilet had no blind. Staff did erect a temporary one when we complained. An extra tea towel would have been good, if only to place under the draining board. The coffee maker worked well, but suitable only for one cup. A coffee plunger for 2 or 4 cups would be better. Many accommodations include pages on how to work things like TV, The Stove, the Microwave etc. That would have been helpful.
