Pros:

Warm welcome and accommodated us with an early check in. Great views, and a very short walk to bars & shops etc. Spacious and comfy apartment that was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and view of the beach. Old apartment, tired and in need of some maintenance. Walking distance from shops,

The only good thing about the apartment was the location, right on the beach and walking distance to everything on the Esplanade.

Cons:

The building is very old, tired and in desperate need of some maintenance and care. The blind fell on top of me when I was in the shower, as it had rusted. The bathroom in particular wasn’t properly cleaned, under the bathtub was filthy and the light fitting was filled with dead bugs. There were sweet wrappers under the bed when we moved the two single beds together also stuffed in the sofa, obviously from previous guests with children. The light in the second bedroom could not be used as the fan would turn on as well. We arrived late on the Friday evening and as it was ANZAC weekend we didn’t see anyone at the reception until we checked out on the Monday. The pool hadn’t been cleaned either, although it did rain so we weren’t able to use it anyway. It’s a shame really, as the apartment block is very well located with an amazing view of the beach. Needs some work, care and a good clean.

Best view on the Gold Coast
Pros:

This is one of the most amazing spots at Surfers Paradise. We had a unit on level 13 and the view was stunning. The location was perfect right on the beach and close to everything.

Cons:

The interior was dated and the shower was due a refit.

Pros:

The location was superb, right on the beach, with its own access gate. The pool looked small but it was deep enough to be able to swim and wasn't actually that busy so we could swim if we wanted to. Apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Mostly great, I'm being very fussy but we got a text to say our apartment would be cleaned the next day but they never turned up. Also, the carpet is really thin, and there was a loose tile in the ensuite shower, but these are really small things.

Walk to everything you wish, beautiful view
Pros:

Location is good, just next to beach and shops. The staff was quick and responsive. They addressed the toilet issue and called the plumber on priority. Also moved us to another available flat on lower level.

Cons:

we stayed on 14th floor 37A apartment. The flat toilet kept on giving issues even after fixing. We finally had to move to level 2 at unit 5 which was good but the view was limited. There were few essential things missing like vaccum cleaner, mop, peeler etc.

I love the location. It’s right on the beach with easy access and short walk to the markets, restaurants, shops. Comfortable and refreshed unit. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony.

Cons:

At the time that we were there, there was some renovations going on, on our floor and around us. There were a bit of noise disturbance in the day but it’s within working hours. It only bothered us in the morning and we were out after that.

Great location, large, modern well-appointed apartment with amazing ocean views
Pros:

Great location, close to esplanade, shops and restaurants. The apartment was large, in good condition, comfortable, well-appointed and has amazing ocean views, just like they said it would have. The bedrooms in the apartment I stayed also had ocean views and the beds were comfortable. Fantastic places to walk and beaches looked great. I did not get the chance to swim in the resort pool, but it looked wonderful and the facilities looked in good condition. I found the afterhours check-in instruction simple and easy to follow.

There was some work being done on the complex; however, I was notified well before my arrival, and the work was not disruptive at all.

Amazing views from a near perfect location.
Pros:

Simply amazing vista. Located close to restaurants and groceries and other shops. Park car there and walk. Easy access to beach.

Cons:

Interior is a little dated. Bathroom could stand a deep clean. Neither would stop me from booking this place again.
