Great family run hotel but some cleaning issues
Pros:

We’ve stayed at the Marine many times, it’s a great traditional family run seafront hotel.
We had room 19 which was spacious, well furnished, recently decorated and looks out over the bay.

Cons:

The shower was very grubby with dirty grouting and grime build up in the corners of the door and frame. It wasn’t nice to use and rather let down the experience. It just needed a regular good scrub with bathroom cleaner.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Large room. Very comfortable. Ample free parking

Ground floor room overlooking the carpark. Not very private from people (mostly staff) walking passed

Booked again already
Pros:

Second time ive stayed here. Brilliant location. Breakfast is nice, rooms are clean and the most comfortable bed ever. Staying in a suite this time. Room was nice and bright.
Already booked for next years clubland.
Staff are lovely, welcoming and chatty

Lovely seaview, free parking, comfy bed, relaxing stay
Pros:

Sea view from the room was great, sound of the waves lapping overnight was so relaxing
Bed super comfortable
I was in room 21 on the top floor
You couldn’t hear any sound from the bar at all
Staff were really friendly

Pros:

The staff were very friendly rooms very clean though a little tired looking which can't be helped. Food was very good.

Cons:

They could have done with maybe more clothes storage for those guests wishing to take clothes out of suitcase and hooks in bathroom and hooks by door to hang coat.

Pros:

I liked the fact it was close to the beach, so you can hear the sea at night, it was warm, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely but tell them if you have any allergies.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the shower is a huge step up. Also the pillows were a little too firm for me.
