Never stayed so far in a facility shared with the owners, definetely i will repeat it!
Pros:

Very close to the city center, located in a quite zone, with no traffic. For female solo traveller it is even more safe to know they are not alone, considering the privacy is offered in the same time. All you need you have in the room!

Cons:

Nothing related to the host, but i will always recommend all the travellers to consider the others rest, specially when they reach the house after 1 o’clock and hit the doors like absolutely crazy….
