Friendly host
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful host. Location suited our needs. Comfortable.

Cons:

Google maps misled us ! The host pointed out it would be more accurate to state address as 12 White Hill. Minor detail

Pros:

A wonderful place to stay in Henley! I highly recommend this accommodation. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – I had such a great night's sleep. The decor is beautiful, and the fresh fruit and a carafe of water were lovely, thoughtful touches. Downstairs in the kitchen, guests are free to use the coffee, tea, and milk, which felt very homey and convenient. Mrs. Linda was very kind and helpful. I would gladly stay here again!

A warm friendly welcome awaits you in a home from home!
Pros:

Everything. Linda was the perfect hostess. We dropped our bags off early and went into Henley- got back to her having taken them in and walked our water bottles. She gave us recommendations for a walk and places to eat and drink. Slept well in a comfy bed, plenty of tea /coffee, fruit and toiletries. Felt like we’d made a friend In the short time we spent with Linda.

Perfect for my needs . Clean and quiet . Linda very helpful
Pros:

Quiet and good location for me - I was doing a weekend course that was a five min drive from here. Close to Henley which was lovely to pop into .
Beautiful surrounding countryside .

Very welcoming
Pros:

A good location for me to spend one night as I was walking the Thames Path. Linda was very warm and welcoming, and an added bonus, took me on a lovely walk that I would have missed out on if she had not offered me the opportunity!

Pleasant stay in this very homely property with excellent host.
Pros:

Linda was very friendly and welcoming, showed me all the facilities and left me to it, which was great as I was rushing. She'd left water, fruit and biscuits in the room which was much appreciated. There was a great selection of teas / coffees and I enjoyed a 'Sleep' tea when I got back from my evening out.

Cons:

Nothing, I'd happily stay again

Overall, a good place to stay short term
Pros:

Linda is lovely, the room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

The room was a bit noisy. The windows are not able to let out the car sounds.
