Quality stay in Chetumal
Pros:

We stayed overnight at Hotel Costa Azul before leaving Chetumal the next morning. Friendly and easy check-in, very lovely lady at reception. Our room was perfect - clean & fresh and the most amazing beds & linen, super comfortable 👌
The bathroom was very hygienic- hot water, clean towels, very nice. Air con & fan kept things cool, wifi worked well. A communal kitchenette is available - microwave, refrigerator & water dispenser- great for making a coffee *NOTE - we had our own coffee/sugar/milk on hand, please dont assume it is supplied - we were happy to have boiling water provided to be clear.*
We found Hotel Costa Azul the perfect place to stay - beautiful staff, FANTASTIC beds & great quality linen & towels, everything very clean, safe and friendly here.
Would highly recommend!

Einfaches, sympathisches familien-geführtes Hotels
Pros:

Late Check-In war möglich. Nettes Personal. Zimmer tiptop sauber mit Aircon, Ventilator, TV und eigener Dusche/WC. Rauchen im gedeckten Innenhof erlaubt. Preis/Leistung unschlagbar!!!

Kaltwasser-Druck der Dusche liess zu wünschen übrig

Decent budget room but staff should pay more attention when checking rooms before checking in guests
Pros:

It was a cheap room a short Uber from the bus station with functional air conditioning and late check-in. Staff was somewhat responsive to problems. Room was pretty spacious and wifi worked well enough.

Cons:

They put me in one room, and I asked to be switched to a different room because there were many obvious issues with the first room. The room was missing curtains to the courtyard and everyone could look inside, and the staff didn't notice until I pointed it out. The air conditioner was broken and only blowing room temperature air into the extremely hot room and the staff was trying to convince me that it was functioning and blowing 16 degree air. The bed was pretty hard.

Pleasant stay

The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

Location was kind of far from where we needed it.

Cons:

The entrance was not good it had a big step for the vechicle coming in from the highway.
