Pros:

Great pool and gym, quality breakfast. Staff went above and beyond - they opened up the sports bar for us at 9am so that we could watch a Socceroos World Cup match, and then when they heard that Australia won, they prepared a special celebratory note and dessert for us that evening.

Cons:

Only issue is it's quite far to go anywhere in a taxi; the taxi hailing system in the lobby only calls regular taxis that are 4x the price of a Yango.

A relaxing stay
Pros:

Extremely clean and very nice hotel.
Very quiet property with privacy. A really nice place to relax. Loved the vibe at Butter Buns and the breakfast at Kitchen 7 was nice. Service is top notch at Butter Buns , Kitchen 7 and room service.

Cons:

The front office could be a bit more warm and hospitable. Maybe a bit more engaging.
The breakfast menu, could be improved a bit.

Delightful near the airport hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful, new, quiet hotel. Lovely green gardens, swimming pools, and most impressive a swimming pool under cover for shade. Kind staff. I thank the evening room service staff person who noticed I had a bad cold. He offered lemon and honey tea. That was perfect - just what I needed to ease the symptoms. Sincerely thank him for his observation and care.

Pros:

welcome staff treats you like a valuable customer; the environment is very special and unique, the views and gardens are amazing. we enjoyed our stay and food was delcious.

Cons:

I was disappointed that all my children weren't allowed to swim, despite being expert swimmers. While I understand the rules, a bit of flexibility when a parent is supervising and the children are competent swimmers would avoid diminishing their enjoyment. Alternatively, a separate, moderately deep pool for toddlers would be appreciated, as they disliked the shallow one designated for small children.

Pros:

I love the hotels garden. The pool’s location has a beautiful view of the mountain. Breakfast is great. All the staff were friendly and accommodating.
