The spacious and very clean rooms, the bathroom. Accessibility to the exhibition center.
The only bad thing was the staff on the reception on my check-out. They tried to fool me by saying that they sent the invoice to my mail. I waited, I checked my mail and warned them that there is no mail. Then they said that the Booking.com will send me the invoice. I was so angry and I told them that lied to me very clearly. I have messaged with Booking.com for my invoice and they have replied me saying that the hotel will give me my invoice on the check outIf I had left the hotel by believing them I would struggle to get my invoice on making calls. They let me wait 15-20 minutes and I got my invoice by forcing them.

Le personnel bienveillant surtout les personnes qui font le ménage et voiturier très très gentils
The rooms were big and super comfortable. Nice facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast brunch was amazing! Massage was amazing too.
Just wish better views but it is in a convent location and good value for money.
