Location is central but very quiet, and the price is really reasonable for the quality of the accommodation.

Cons:

Location of tap and new shower screen makes it hard to turn on the shower without being hit by a blast of cold water.

Peaceful, spacious and exceptionally comfortable stay with phenomenal staff in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Beautiful apartment and an overall fantastic stay. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, the light blocking was great and I honestly had one of the most peaceful sleeps I’ve had in a hotel in a long time as I couldn’t hear any outside noise at all.

The staff were also wonderful to deal with. I arrived quite late in the evening and they provided very clear and safe instructions for access which made everything stress free. They were also very accommodating with a later checkout request which I really appreciated.

The location is excellent as well, with fantastic restaurants nearby and beautiful walks along the water. I would absolutely stay here again.

Not overally happy - just convenience
Pros:

The convenience for being in newcastle.

Cons:

Room was not ready on arrival, although I was given the key to go in.
Room was not clean at all on arrival and had a horrible smell from being closed up.
Staff would not provide me with an alternative room as they were fully booked so I waited on reception for 20minutes while they swiftly cleaned the room.
