The after hours check in and check out was smooth and the employees were amazing, friendly and understanding. They explained the process clearly and texted through specific instructions for the after hours check in and parking instructions. Absolutely would come here again

Crown on Darby provided a very convenient location for what we wanted to see and do in Newcastle.
Pros:

There are many restaurants and cafes on Darby St.
Convenient location for the Newcastle art gallery and to public transport.
The studio contained all we needed for a mini-break.
The staff were professional and welcoming.

Cons:

Our room had an adjoining apartment available. Unfortunately, the door between the apartments provided less privacy/sound-proofing than a wall.

Perfect in every way
Pros:

The location was fantastic, in the middle of Darby street restaurants and shops
Staff all were very friendly and efficient
Huge apartment
They called Confirmed my room the day before checking if bed arrangements suited us and
I asked for the bed to be made into two singles. We arrived at 11 , everything was sorted and ready
They explained the after hours key system
Can’t fault them at all
