Pros:

Tulio é muito gentil. Foi fantástico. A localização é excelente. A limpeza é muito boa. Não tenho reclamações. As roupas de cama e de banho estavam em excelente estado de conservação.

Nice room - great location
Pros:

The location is awesome - just a short 15 minute walk to the main Saint Marks square. It was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful

Cons:

We had to leave the keys at reception when we came and went so we felt like we couldn’t stay out late as staff would have to stay up and we left early which meant staff had to get up especially.

Patron d'une malhonnêteté honteuse : il se dit d'accord, par téléphone, de décaler l'arrivée d'un jour et de garder la chambre pour les nuits suivantes. Mais il annule ensuite la réservation et ment, le jour de l'arrivée, en prétendant ne pas avoir eu de coup de fil. Il refuse ensuite de trouver une solution d'hébergement alternative. Il refuse depuis de rembourser les nuits restantes.
Il faut fuir un hébergement tenu par une personne aussi malhonnête.

An authentic, comfortable stay with great hosts and an excellent location
Pros:

A cosy, authentic, and very clean hotel in a central location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. It offers excellent value for money, with easy access to Venice's main attractions.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, answering our questions and providing valuable sightseeing tips that made our stay even more enjoyable.

A big thank you and our sincere respect to the owners for creating such a welcoming and authentic place. We would happily stay here again.

Good clean room but we have to inform receptionist about everything for our day which really make me fell uncomfortable.

Cons:

We have to inform the receptionist every time we want to go out and wake him up at 5 in the morning to get out to take the train , or ring the bell and wait until he opens to us because he picked the door after 11 at night. We have to take a permission for taking a shower he told us that we have to tell him to preper Alla this things make us fell so uncomfortable not in a safe please that fell like home.

Pros:

Konumu iyiydi tren garına yürüme mesafesi zaten vapurlara binmek zorunda kalmıyorsunuz. Hijyende herhangi bir problem yoktu. 1 gecelik konaklama için ideal fazlası için emin değilim.

Cons:

Ana cadde olduğu için bir miktar gürültü ama camları kapatınca sorun değil. Odada pervane var ama klima yok. Duş olmaması 1 günden fazla kalsak problem teşkil etmeye başlardı.

FUYEZ punaises de lit

FUYEZ, ÉCOUTEZ LES AVIS. nous, malgré la vue des avis parlant de punaises de lit il y a plusieurs mois, nous avons tout de même décidé de séjourner se disant que depuis un nettoyage a été fait. à l'arrivée on se dit : ok, c'est une vieille auberge vénitienne on ne s'attend pas à un grand confort... bien que l'homme qui nous ai accueilli ait été bienveillant, son "fils" (qui fume sans cesse à l'entrée) nous a parlé de façon très bizarre. NOUS AVONS FOUILLÉ LES LITS ET LA CHAMBRE À LA RECHERCHE DES PUNAISES, nous n'avons RIEN VU et nous sommes endormis confiants. le lendemain, L'HORREUR, nous avons été piqués à plusieurs reprises par les PUNAISES DE LIT. je me demande comment il est possible de laisser un établissement se trouvant dans le centre de Venise accueillir des voyageurs chaque jour... en dehors des punaises : moisissures dans la douche et sol peu propre, odeur de clope partout dans l'établissement. c'est bien dommage pour un hébergement si bien placé.
