Location, cleanliness, breakfast.
They didn’t let our food delivery in at 23:00 when the restaurant was closed. We had to send the courier back with the food. Also the corridor was full of cigarette smoke day and night.

Everything was perfect
The hotel is one of the best most equipped hotels ,ive been to in north cyprus so far ,close to facilities in the city center ,comfortable accommodation,wonderful stay overall will definitely be coming back

Kahvaltı çeşitliliği, sıcaklar çok azdı. Yeşillikler güzel yıkanmamıştı. Böcek denk geldi birkaç kez. Odadaki yataklar çok gıcırdıyor. Birde diğer oralarda içilen sigara kokusu benim odama kadar geliyordu

6-12 tarihleri arasında konaklama yaptık. 2 aile ve bebeklerimiz vardı. Normalde ekonomik oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen bize çocuklarla rahat edelim diye geniş büyük oda verdiler. Resepsiyondaki personeller çok güler yüzlü ve çok yardımseverdi. Odamız birinci kattaydı ve gece ses duyduğumuzu ve uyuyamadığımızı söyledik odamızı hemen değiştirdiler bebeğimiz olduğu için bu durum bizi çok sevindirdi odalar ve otelin genel anlamda içi aşırı temizdi. Kahvaltısı kaliteliydi ancak çeşit biraz arttırılabilirdi. Otel müdürü çok ilgili ve babacan birisi bizle ve çocuklarımızla çok güzel ilgilendi. Kahvaltı salonundaki personel çok hızlı ve güler yüzlüydü. Temizlik yapan ablalar çok tatlı ve nazikti. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Havuzu temiz ve büyüktü. Biz çok memnun kaldık Kıbrıs’a bir daha gittiğimizde yine tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel. Konuk olarak merkezi bir otel araba kiralayarak veya taksi ile her yere ulaşım var.
Balkonda eşyaları asmak için askı olabilirdi.( balkon korkuluğuna asılıyor ancak uçma riski var)
Camda sineklik olsa çok iyi olurdu ama biz sinek sorunu yaşamadık bebeğimiz var diye önlem amaçlı yazdım bunu. Beğenmediğimiz birşey yok sanırım
Eğer konumu deniz kenarında olsaydı kesinlikle 10 üzerinden 10 verirdim , bununla beraber şehrin ekonomik merkezinde ve tarihi şehire hayli yakın.
Si sa location etait aupres de la mer , je definitivement l'attribuerais 10 sur 10 , pourtant elle est au centre de la ville commerciale et bien proche a la ville historique .

Kahvaltısı, oda temizliği çok iyiydi. Personeller aşırı ilgili , yardımcı oluyorlar sürekli , çok güleryüzlüler. Müdür beye de çok teşekkür ederiz. Aklınızda hiç soru işareti olmadan gidebilirsiniz
