I needed to use a private room for a short meeting and was told that there would be a charge for the facility which seemed absurd as the room was not being used at the time
My departure flight was at 3 am and I wanted a late checkout till 11.30 pm I was told I would have to pay the full nights accommodation not even half the rate
Constant use of plastic bottles for water not just at this hotel but everywhere Nishat management can’t you get your own glass bottles with a label that can be washed and refilled ?
Also pillows were a let down as they were too hard each morning I woke up with a stiff neck needed a choice of hard and soft on the bed
From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our stay at Nishat Hotel was exceptional.
The warm welcome set the tone for the entire experience. A special thank you to Shayan, who made us feel genuinely valued from the very first interaction. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding.
We were also incredibly grateful to the General Manager, who took the time to understand our needs and very generously upgraded our room. The upgrade made an already wonderful stay even more memorable and demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
The room itself was beautiful—spacious, spotless, tastefully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard throughout our visit.
The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality options, with something for every taste. Every meal we had at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was consistently attentive and welcoming.
What truly sets Nishat Hotel apart is its people. Every member of the staff we interacted with was courteous, friendly, and eager to help. It’s rare to find a hotel where luxury is matched by such genuine hospitality.
Thank you to Shayan, the General Manager, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We left feeling well looked after and are already looking forward to returning. I would highly recommend Nishat Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and an exceptional overall experience.
