Cons:

Había pedido una habitación doble con cama de matrimonio y me asignaron una con dos camas. Eso y que esta y otras veces que he estado nunca me funciona el checking digital y es un poco coñazo para poder hacerlo.

Habitación sucia y sin ventilación. Atención inexistente por parte del hotel

Cons:

No había recepcionista, hicimos el checkin con una pantalla y un código que funcionó cuando le dio la gana ,después que nos lo cambiaran por tercera vez on line. La habitación era pésima, oscura y casi sin luz, con vistas a otra sala de interior llena de obra, escombros, y suciedad. No había ventilación natural (las ventanas no daban al exterior, ni siquiera a un patio). Cortinas del baño sucias y con manchas. No tenía televisión ,mientras que en nuestra reserva ponía que SÍ había TV.
La habitación no era la que nos ponía en la reserva.
Por todo esto, solicitamos un cambio a otra ,y no nos la quisieron modificar. Vergonzoso cómo se mofan de los huéspedes en este hotel y te "roban".

Cons:

Teníamos habitación con baño en suite y cuando llegamos era baño solo con ducha. La puerta tuvo un error de código de acceso aunque lo resolvimos rápido. Las camas eran dos cuando habíamos pedido una matrimonial.

Hotellissa ei ollut henkikökuntaa vastaanotossa, ainoastaan automaatti. Eikä hotellin sijaintikaan kovin hyvä ole, tosin lähellä caminoa. Tyyny oli kamala ja aamiainen hintaansa nähden huono.
